Speedy deletion nomination of Suicide of Nicola Raphael

A tag has been placed on Suicide of Nicola Raphael, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion debate, such as at articles for deletion. Under the specified criteria, where an article has substantially identical content to that of an article deleted after debate, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion, or "db", tag; if no such tag exists, then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hang-on tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Nomination of Suicide of Nicola Raphael for deletion
The article Suicide of Nicola Raphael is being discussed concerning whether it is suitable for inclusion as an article according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.
The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Suicide of Nicola Raphael (2nd nomination) until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on good quality evidence, and our policies and guidelines.
Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion template from the top of the article.
I do not understand what you wrote, as the article has not been userfied - did you mean to request userfication? I have left a comment there, but I as I started the second AfD, I will leave it for someone else to decide. If you re-introduce the article, you need to do it through WP:Deletion review, as if you simply put it in again it will almost certainly be speedy-deleted under WP:CSD#G4 as a repost of deleted material. I do suggest, though, that you let it go; I am sure you will be able to add more press cuttings, but the community made clear at the last AfD that they do not agree that press coverage equals encyclopedic notability.
