I do not understand what you wrote, as the article has not been userfied - did you mean to request userfication? I have left a comment there, but I as I started the second AfD, I will leave it for someone else to decide. If you re-introduce the article, you need to do it through WP:Deletion review, as if you simply put it in again it will almost certainly be speedy-deleted under WP:CSD#G4 as a repost of deleted material. I do suggest, though, that you let it go; I am sure you will be able to add more press cuttings, but the community made clear at the last AfD that they do not agree that press coverage equals encyclopedic notability.
