After six months in Yorkton, St.Louis moved to Medicine Hat, Alberta in the spring of 1998 for a full-time anchor post at CHAT-TV. He was the supper-hour sports anchor until March 2000 when he was fired after a disagreement with management. He then moved into public relations for six months at Medicine Hat College.

St. Louis returned to television just after Christmas of 2000 as the weather anchor for Global Television in Winnipeg.CKND-TV After two years in weather, he moved into his current position as anchor on Fox Sports World Canada. He joined the inaugural Global Sportslink as a reporter and fill-in anchor. He joined the show full-time as a weekend anchor when Sportslink went to seven days a week and was re-branded as the Fox Sports World Report in 2002. He also was a weekend anchor on Global Sports for three months.

The Fox Sports World Report re-launched as the new Fox Soccer Report with St. Louis, Carlos Machado, Derek Taylor and Mitch Peacock. In August 2007 he was one of two Canadian media members granted a 1-on-1 interview with former England captain David Beckham in Toronto (The other was CBC's Scott Russell).

In terms of professional accreditations, Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Lakehead University and a Journalism Diploma from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology. St Louis has a secret passion for Manchester United which he revealed in an interview on the [1] Radio Sounders Show on 15 October 2009. He also declared a cynicism about those running Canadian soccer which caused some controversy in the nation. His appearance on the show led to him becoming an iconic figure in Seattle and he was invited to appear on a Cup Final panel in the city along with Sounders FC General Manager Adrian Hanauer, on the eve of the MLS Cup final of 2009.

In 2010, St.Louis travelled to Madrid, Spain to take part in Fox Soccer Channel coverage of the UEFA Champions League Final.[2] Alongside Fox Sports NFL host Curt Menefee and former US International Eric Wynalda, Los Angeles Galaxy coach Bruce Arena, former English player Warren Barton and Fox Soccer Report analyst Bobby McMahon, St.Louis worked the sideline for the pre-game show, half-time and post-game show. His post-match interview with Inter Milan's Wesley Sneijder confirmed the news that manager Jose Mourinho was leaving the club as most other UK broadcasters were trying to break the story. His follow-up interviews with Sulley Muntari and Inter Milan President Massimo Moratti provided confirmation - a coup of sorts for Fox Soccer Channel.

While in Spain he also conducted an in-depth interview with France footballing great and UEFA President Michel Platini. The interview was aired during the UEFA Champions League Final and was also picked up by Sky Italia and aired in Italy. The interview generated a number of newspaper articles in the UK [3][4] adding to St.Louis reputation as one of the top football broadcasters in North America.

On January 31st, 2011, he announced his resignation from Fox Soccer Report. His final show will be February 25th, 2011. A replacement has not been named.
