The baby or the video?
Is this article about the baby or the video? If it's about the video, the infobox needs to be changed. TwentiethApril1986 (want to talk?) 15:57, 14 October 2008 (UTC)
April 2008 AfD
If this was deleted in April via AfD, why has it been recreated? Is it substantially different from the deleted version? If not, this should be up for speedy deletion. TwentiethApril1986 (want to talk?) 02:26, 15 October 2008 (UTC)
- I'm not an admin, so I can't view the deleted edits (and I assure, I personally re-created the entire article), however from what I can deduce, the previous article was in reference to this video [1], and contained no sources, so it was deleted due to lack of Notability. This article has 8 references and the video itself has been viewed 60 million times. I think that is enough to rule out "lack of notability". --Flewis(talk) 03:35, 15 October 2008 (UTC)
If Queen Elizabeth hadn't watched it, it would still not be "notable". There are lots of videos with millions of views that don't have articles. One even parodies it as "according to Wikipedia, we do not exist". Wikipedia does deem a lot of internet phenomna as not notable compared to if it was broadcast on TV. Thats because of old media bias. For example there was recently a featured article on a woman "notable" only because of Missing white woman syndrome. 86.154.3.254 (talk) 01:10, 23 October 2008 (UTC)
