It has participated in the 11th Malaysia Jamboree. Its activities include first aid courses, expeditions, camps and campfires. Also, another prominent club in this school, The SMK USJ 4 Music Club, is also something to be proud of. Always scoring top at local competitions, the club is co-handled by a teacher adviser, alongside a President and his/ her board of committee. The music club is predominantly a five-part choir (tenors, bass, altos, soprano 1s, soprano 2s). Soprano 2s are contraltos. Other than handling the choir, the club also has an orchestra division. Formal events also include the choir to perform a few pieces, along with a patriotic anthem.

The school's Interact Club is also well-known. Its greatest event held up to this date would definitely be 2008's Inter(Art)Act Festival, which can be compared to other art events along the lines of the annual RANtAi Art Event.

There is also a Leo Club. They often host bake sales for charity around school and at the local shopping mall, Subang Parade.
