I'm not persuaded the subject this article has any independent noteworthiness outside of this event (I'm not persuaded the event has any enduring noteworthiness, but that's a different issue), in which case, once a suitable article title describing the event can be settled on, the article should be moved to that title. Less concerned, I came on this article and did most of the formatting changes after the Jwong edits. There seems to be a large enough body of additional edits by other units that it goes beyond simple self-agrandising.
