Hello. You once reverted some deletions of referenced material from the Peter Holmes a Court entry. This page has become contentious again and there are now some editors banning contributors for posting referenced material, not the other way around. Please have a look at the entry and the edit history if you have the time.Edasent (talk) 15:30, 4 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

  • Please be aware you are one of seven people Edasent has contacted about this matter. There may be an element of forum shopping. Stifle (talk) 17:15, 5 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Toon, when you have a moment would you have a quick look at this discussion about a Library flickr pictures (no known copyright) Off2riorob (talk) 20:38, 1 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I've just got in from work and am knackered at the moment; I may not have time to look until the weekend, I'm afraid, hopefully I won't have missed all the fun by that point. – Toon 22:42, 1 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
No worries Toon, it is not a hot issue and will likely still be there. Glad your well. Regards. Off2riorob (talk) 22:47, 1 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Arsenal Magazine, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a redirect to a nonexistent page.

If you can fix this redirect to point to an existing Wikipedia page, please do so and remove the speedy deletion tag. However, please do not remove the speedy deletion tag unless you also fix the redirect. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Orphaned non-free image File:MEPs Against Cancer logo.png

⚠

Thanks for uploading File:MEPs Against Cancer logo.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of "file" pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Seoul Survivors

I was going to create a page for the Seoul Survivors Rugby Football Club, but there was a message at the top of the page that said that a Seoul Survivors page has already been deleted and that I should check with the Admin who deleted it before proceeding. So... checking with you. I don't know how to check the deleted page log or whatever would tell me why that page was deleted, but I assume that it is a notability thing. Can you shed any light on the subject? Cheers, Rugbyhelp (talk) 15:22, 12 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Oh, I see that it was a copyright thing. I'll avoid the same problems in my new version of the page. Sorry for the confusion. Rugbyhelp (talk) 15:29, 12 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi

Hua-Yi distinction had been renamed by user:Quicktool, which looks like a sockpuppet of some sort, and he had single-handly changed the lead section. Please have a look at Talk:Barbarians in East Asian cultures. Arilang talk 03:44, 31 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

PVED Page

Hello Toon. I see that you originally helped add things to the Parents via Egg Donation page. I am wondering how I can keep adding to this page. It has been tagged for deletion. I am not a member nor an employee of PVED. Thanks! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Andie-Portland (talkcontribs) 19:04, 12 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. You need to make sure that any additions you make to the page don't sound like advertising; as an encyclopedia, you need to go out of your way to be neutral, stick to factual statements which add to a balanced view of the topic, and they should be cited to reliable sources like good newspapers, journals etc.. Try not to add what may be seen as link spam. I hope this helps :) – Toon 23:25, 13 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

TechnoBuffalo Page

When I went to go and create an actual factual and informative TechnoBuffalo page I was notified that it had been deleted. TechnoBuffalo is now a show on Revision3, a top YouTube channel (Jon4Lakers), and also contributes to CNBC. This has made it one of the rising stars in the tech blog world. Seeing as many other YouTubers/Revison3 shows and many tech blogs have wiki pages I think it would only be fair to allow the page to become able to edit again. I promise I will not leave it orphaned or copyright from the source. RyanSomelofske 04:52, 19 July 2011 (UTC)rmsome
