Image not under copyright, given to me by the owner, De Rodgers Fox at American Academy of Environmental Medicine, to use freely and upload to Wikipedia, understanding your terms and conditions. No negative exists; person who originally took picture is deceased.

I would like to fix the portrait of President John Adams in the Presidential portrait article. The portrait currently in the article is of Adams as vice president, not president. The image of the portrait is in the public domain, so there are no copyright issues. This is the only reason I am requesting this status, and permission to upload the image. Hello, after locating a wikipedia page of a race car driver that is a friend of mine I discovered that it did not have an image. I have several images that I made with my camera of the driver while working with him at the track. I was denied permission to place the photograph on his page. I would like to do so. I will treat wikipedia with the utmost respect as I value it highly. Any rights given me will be used in a careful and thoughtful manner.
