Earl Christopher Dotson (born December 17, 1970) was an offensive tackle in the NFL. He played for the Green Bay Packers for 10 seasons. He started in Super Bowl XXXI and XXXII.

He played college football at Texas A&M–Kingsville. He currently owns a restraunt\bar in Corpus Christi Tx
