Confirmed (add request)

I wish to correct a factual error in an article. Stalve (talk) 15:36, 27 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Can you explain which article, and what the reliable source is that supports it? You can always obtain WP:CONSENSUS for the edit on the talkpage of the article, and make a protected edit request for its inclusion. (talk→ BWilkins ←track) 15:53, 27 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I am actively improving the swedish wikipedia pages using the same account name I have made several approved informative additions to the swedish wikipedia pages, using the same account name, password and e-mail adress. In addition, I occationally review and make minor modifications, removing or improving outdated information. I request approval at this stage to make additions to the Swedish entry.Flutte (talk) 15:03, 28 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I am the assistant to an record executive and I am currently working on an new article for him... I tried to upload a photo of him but was unable to due to my account being new but I'm working on some tight deadlines. Will you please grant me a confirmed status to upload copyright free photos for this exec? Hansomd 05:09, 29 July 2011 (UTC)
Not done Upload those files at the Wikimedia Commons. You don't need confirmed rights for that. -FASTILY (TALK) 08:05, 29 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I am requesting confirmed right because I would like to upload pictures to pages I am trying to make. I am interested in adding on to the information Wikipedia already has in order to inform people of topics that have not already been created. I also have decided to research posted topics to further expand the amount of information given. Thank you for your time. Mmussoluv (talk) 18:10, 29 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I woud like to be able to edit the iPhone 4 page to tweak some of the information that has changed since the release of the iPad 2. I am very up to date with Apple, and it irritates me each time I see a Wikipedia page with misinformation or not enough information, although many of the things missing can be found on the Apple website itself. I am requesting confirmed rights because my client, Leslie Marshall, who has a Wikipedia page (that I just recently edited for her), has asked me to add a picture of her to her page. It seems I'm not able to do that with my current permissions. I'm hoping that by becoming a confirmed user, that I'll be able to upload her picture. Thank you very much! (Non-administrator comment) Your request will not be fulfilled. Your username is in violation of Wikipedia:Username policy, Wikipedia does not allow usernames of companies or groups. You can request to change your username here: Wikipedia:Changing username. You may also want to look over our Conflict of interest policy as editing a page about something or someone that your closely related to or work for is strongly discouraged and difficult. I will also leave a similar note on your talk page. Mlpearc powwow 13:52, 4 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I wanna be confirmed to add ratings to the protected sites like iCarly & Victorious. :) Thanks in advance! Dupewrest (talk) 11:42, 3 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Neither iCarly nor Victorious are protected and you should be able to edit them. Can you explain what articles you want to edit and what you mean by adding ratings to them? GB fan please review my editing 11:49, 3 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
As I see right now the pages "List of iCarly/Victorious episodes" are protected. I meant with this, that I'll add ratings (TV audience), add new episodes and so on. Dupewrest (talk) 15:38, 3 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Those articles are protected, I would suggest at this point you using {{Edit semi-protected}}. You would place that on the talk page of the article and then describe the changes you want to make. Make sure you provide reliable sources to back up the changes you want to make. GB fan please review my editing 14:14, 5 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I would like confirmed rights to make a move request to change a page name. The page 'Belbin Team Inventory' (still linked from Google as such) has been changed to Team Role Inventory to feature our competitor, where it was a page specific to Belbin. I think I'm right in saying that there should be a separate disambiguation page for 'team role inventories' rather than vandalising the Belbin Team Inventory page. Bel002 (talk) 15:39, 3 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
You can request the page name change at WP:RM. GB fan please review my editing 14:05, 5 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I am updating an article stub, and would like to add an image of the high school. (Douglas High School, Arizona) I already made a few edits. I don't know how long it would be, if ever, before I made 10 edits to get auto confirmed. I will add some more info on the high school when I find it. Thanks.
