I am requesting confirmed rights because my client, Leslie Marshall, who has a Wikipedia page (that I just recently edited for her), has asked me to add a picture of her to her page. It seems I'm not able to do that with my current permissions. I'm hoping that by becoming a confirmed user, that I'll be able to upload her picture. Thank you very much!
