The Brown Parrotbill (Paradoxornis unicolor) is a bird species often placed with the Old World babblers (family Timaliidae) or in a distinct family Paradoxornithidae, but it actually seems to belong to the Sylviidae.
It is found in Bhutan, China, India, Myanmar, and Nepal.
