Bhubaneswar temples

Please have a look at Wikipedia:Bhubaneswar temples project. My feelings are of great frustration. These kids are writing about encyclopedic subjects but in many cases their submissions are slovenly to say the least. I would like to help them but until I know that they are receiving me, there is little point in giving out advice. Hey, RHaworth, I understand your frustration. I went through the talk pages of these students, no one seems to have replied to anything and only one person has a user page. To tell you the truth, I am as clueless as you are. But I have decided to put the project page you created on my watchlist. I have also asked the whole Pune Campus Ambassador team along with Wikimedia staff to keep an eye on this page and relay the information as soon as we get any. It would be very helpful if you could do something for me...Though I have created a column pointing out to the students that you are their Online Ambassador on the Project Page, still if you could just send some wiki love and introduce yourself as the OA on the talk pages of these students. For a complete list of the students which you are allotted, Check out this table. Also, I have created Avoid This pages to inform the students about their copyright violations. If you could just go through their aticles and check for copyvios in your own time and update the Subject wise pages. For example, check this out, even if these students do not fall under your purview, still looking at the format might clear things a bit. I apologize for not getting the time to create the pages for Group B, however, do revert back to me, for any clarifications whatsoever. I believe we should work in tandem. You be my Online support and I will be your Ground support. Anything you find online, and want to reach out to the students, do contact me and I shall facilitate it directly to the students. Potpourr!^ ^

I just reverted a big huge addition by User:Potpourr!^ ^. When leaving a message on xyr page, I saw some wikilove you left there, and it looks like you're a campus ambassador for a program that Potpourr!^ ^ is in. Since the problems with Potpourr!^ ^'s edits are very fundamental (basically, it was a massive addition of info based primarily off of a blog), you or the online ambassador might want to give some more direct follow up. I'm available to answer questions as needed, but since you already have the ambassador structure in place, it might seem more friendly and appropriate coming from you (rather than from the person who just basically undid his homework assignment). But can you just do me a favour, if you feel the article only had formatting issues and no copyvios, could you just move it to her user space as a sandbox, then I could tell her to work on the formatting there. The problem is that it wasn't a new article, it was an existing article (Indian black money) that xe just added to. And copying probably wouldn't help, because the problem most of it was "verified" by a blog, not a reliable source; thus, xe will really have to start over again from the beginning with a good source. My guess is that this should be possible, given that the topic is pretty big and our coverage is only moderate. The problem is that sources can be hard to find if you're just searching for them by hand, because lots of different terms are used. Qwyrxian (talk) 05:22, 13 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Article Review - Risk management in Indian Banks

Hey Debu!

I went through the article and it's really very well written.

I've a few suggestions to make it better:

Although the topic or title is "Risk management in Indian banks", it's not really going along with the content. I mean the content is quite generic and there are two options here, either you change the title to "Risk management in Banks", etc or start putting more content related to Indian context.
Put more facts/figures and examples like profit/loss made by banks due to risk management, cost of risk management etc.
Add more diagrams etc.
Add more references

Apart from the suggested changes, I liked the way you presented the formulas etc.
