Oosaravelli ([[[Chameleon]]] Error: {{Lang-xx}}: conflicting: |links= and |link= (help)) is a Telugu movie that features NTR Jr and Tamannaah Bhatia in the lead roles. Shaam, Prakash Raj, Payal Ghosh, Murali Sharma, Jaya Prakash Reddy and Rahman in supporting roles. The film is directed by Surender Reddy and is produced by Bhogavalli Prasad under Sri Venkateshwara Cine Chitra banner. The movie's music is composed by Devi Sri Prasad. The movie was released on 06th October 2011 on eve of Dusserah to mixed reviews,and the movie turned out to be an average flick at box office.
Story
Tony (NTR) does anything for money. Tony was in Kashmir and he was captured by terrorists. Over there he meets Niharika (Tamannaah) and rescues her. Then he falls in love with her, who is already in love with another guy Rakesh. Tony wishes to separate Niharika and Rakesh and eventually kills Rakesh. Why did Tony kill Rakesh? Cut to flash backdrop, Tony is street-smart and gets into tangle with anyone for money. He remembers his father’s (Shiyaji Shinde) words of achieving something in life and in this process he comes across a dejected Niharika who asks him a favor. What is that favor and how Tony achieves it forms the rest of story.

Production
The production of the film began on June 14, 2011 at Ramoji Rao Studios. The film's audio was released on 15 September in Hyderabad. The movie was released on 6th October, 2011.[3]
Soundtrack
The soundtrack of the film was released worldwide on September 15, 2011. The music was composed by Devi Sri Prasad. The audio launch program was aired live on MAA TV[4].

Reception
The movie opened to mixed reviews,but the critics panned the movie and said that it would be an average flick at box office.The movie was released in record 1800 theaters,that resulted in huge openings to the movie,but following the reviews and the negative talk the number of theaters were reduced to a significantly small number,affecting the overall collections of the movie.Though the producers of the movie report of collecting about Rs 50 crore gross the industry sources believe that the gross would be around Rs 30 crore.
