2008?

According to our local newspaper in Lake Village, AR the bridge won't open till 2009. So I'm changing it to 2009. If someone has better info, put it in the article. -- :) Chetblong 01:34, 7 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I finally found what I heard locally, the new opening day will be July 28. For reference, here is a link: http://www.johnweeks.com/river_mississippi/pages/lmiss07.html

About half way down the page shows the new opening date. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.106.57.78 (talk) 01:49, 9 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Pictures

I have many pictures of the New Greenville Bridge. Would love to post them if I knew how any help with doing so would be greatly appreciated. Vharris65 18:26, 7 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Opening

The actual bridge opening was August 4, 2010. Bad weather delayed some additional pavement work at one of the approaches, causing the July 28 date to be missed. I had heard (but not confirmed) that there was a ribbon cutting planned for July 26, 2010.
