For the Fallen Dreams is a metalcore band from Saginaw, Michigan, formed in 2003. They are currently signed to Artery Recordings.[1] They have released a demo, a self-titled EP, and three full-length albums, Changes, Relentless, and Back Burner. Relentless charted at number 29 on the Billboard Top Heatseekers.[2] On September 19, 2010, For the Fallen Dreams posted a new song called "Strange Faces" on various media related social networking sites. It was announced in February 2011 that co-founder (alongside guitarist Jim Hocking), drummer, and principal songwriter Andrew Tkaczyk had parted ways with the band to pursue other musical opportunities and subsequently joined fellow metalcore act The Ghost Inside prior to their 2011 tour with Parkway Drive. The band recorded their third full length album titled Back Burner, a follow up to 2009's Relentless, in Ocala, Florida with ex-A Day to Remember guitarist Tom Denney handling production and mixing duties. Back Burner was released on May 24, 2011 through Rise Records. They are currently in the studio working on there first release for Artery, Recording again with Tom Denny and mixing and mastering done by The Machine, a spring 2012 release is expected.
