Saw III is the scheduled third installment of the horror/thriller film series Saw. The film will be directed by Darren Lynn Bousman, who directed Saw II. The film will be produced by Mark Burg and Oren Koules, and written by Leigh Whannell and James Wan[1]. As of March 2006 the film is in pre-production and is tentatively slated for release on October 272006 by Lions Gate Films.
Final instalment of the trilogy.
Carey Ewles does not make an appearance, although Leigh Whannel has said after much speculation that everyone will find out what happened to Dr. Gordon.
Donnie Wahlberg makes cameo appearance
The famous 'Saw' bathroom makes its final appearance and will be destroyed in a blaze.
The story focuses on four very different people that soon realise beneath they have very much in common. Making there way through the house of jigsaw, they must together complete four deadly death traps, little do they know they're not just fighting for each others life, but someone else’s. Twists and Turns commence as the sickest, most shocking movie of the year unravels the biggest 'Saw' secret of all that will alter the previous two movies in the biggest way imaginable.
Charlie Clouser returns to compose the movie.
The film will be dedicated to Gregg Hoffman, the producer of the first two Saw movies, who passed away on December 4 2005 shortly after announcing the third installment of the Saw series.
Rumors say that the teaser trailer will appear with See No Evil.
