Neo Solar Power, also known as NSP, is based in Taiwan. The company was ranked as the 8th largest solar cell producer in the world in 2011.

History

Neo Solar Power (NSP), founded in 2005, is a leading crystalline silicon solar cell manufacturer and is public listed in Taiwan Stock Exchange. NSP has grown to world top 8 merchant cell producer in mere 5 years. It was ranked No. 6 in Deloitte Technology Fast 500 Asia Pacific Ranking and CEO Survey in 2009. In 2011, NSP was awarded in the Top-Notch Corporation and its true square monocrystalline cell“Perfect19”in the Best Product categories of Taiwan's National Brand Yushan Awards. NSP's diverse customer base includes Europe, Asia, Japan and North America.

Facilities

Currently NSP has 1.3GWp cell capacity, all operated in Taiwan. Fab1, located in Hsinchu Industrial Park, Hu-Kou, Hsinchu County, is NSP's first solar cell facility. Fab2 and headquarters are located in Hsinchu Science Park, Hsinchu City. Fab3 is located in Tainan Technology Industrial Park., Tainan City.
