To add brand logo of TV stations WDSE-WRPT to reflect the actual station brand in current use. The existing logo is not the correct logo brand for these two stations. Article WDSE Xy7ww8 (talk) 16:39, 2 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I just want to upload my former school's logo so that it appears on my Facebook page Esjaybe (talk) 19:00, 4 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
If this is all you need you can request that the image be uploaded for you here: Wikipedia:Files for upload, providing all requirements are meet. Mlpearc (powwow) 06:24, 5 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I would like to have a confirmed account so that I may upload images and add them to my articles. I feel that the use of images in a Wikipedia article enhances the visitor/reader experience. Thank you. 323ventures (talk) 20:54, 6 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Please describe the copyright status of the images you want to upload the articles that they will be used on. GB fan 22:38, 6 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I want to add the school's official logo to [article] Thanks.

I have been a member for more than 4 days I am creating this page for a high profile client. Thank you Ssuz79 (talk) 09:49, 7 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
The article you are creating, Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Al Borda, is not ready at this point. It has no references and has a lot of promotional language in it. The promotional language is probably because you have a conflict of interest and your job is to promote him. Can you please explain why you are requesting confirmed rights, you don't need them to continue working on that article? GB fan 14:52, 7 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
would like to add a few photos on behalf of said filmmaker. much appreciated...
You want to add photos on behalf of what filmmaker? Also please explain the copyright status of the photos along with what articles you want to use them in. GB fan 14:53, 7 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I see many of the articles on wikipedia for albums by the band Head East do not have the album artwork on them. I would like to be able to upload some of the album artwork to these pages to help album collectors, music lovers, and the like identify some of these albums so they know they have a legitimate copy of the artist's work. T.hadley1995 (talk) 03:56, 8 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
(Non-administrator comment) Good observation. If the patrolling Admin grants your request probably the easiest way to correctly upload the files would be here: Wikipedia:File Upload Wizard. Good luck. Mlpearc (powwow) 17:25, 8 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I'm requesting confirmed rights because I'd like to upload a copyrighted image/album cover. I'm the web designer for Gianna Records and have full written permission and request from the label (copyright owner) to upload the image to Wikipedia if possible. Thanks Musihaplive (talk) 04:24, 8 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
(Non-administrator comment) Due to the conflict of interest issues that seem to be involved, you might request the file be uploaded for you here: Wikipedia:Files for upload. Mlpearc (powwow) 17:33, 8 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Please allow me to have "confirmed rights" to upload a photo of Will Graham (evangelist) and another (different) photo of Franklin Graham (evangelist) Pmriegel (talk) 20:54, 8 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Question: Could you please discribe the copy right status of these images ? Mlpearc (powwow) 00:01, 9 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Replacing the current image with the official Cornell University seal (which originally appeared on the page for the Cornell University College of Architecture, Art, and Planning), will ensure unity among the other Wikipedia pages for the various Cornell University colleges. This sense of unity will allow Wikipedia users to more easily navigate through the various Cornell University pages, thereby promoting efficiency and enhancing user-friendliness Stefkrawitz (talk) 23:35, 8 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
(Non-administrator comment) If all you need is a non-free logo uploaded, you can request that here: Wikipedia:Files for upload Mlpearc (powwow) 00:07, 9 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
i would like to be confirmed in order to upload an image with a fair use license. it is a logo of a company, and i have the authorization to use it on The World Summit of Nobel Peace Laureates article Manfrifrac (talk) 10:15, 9 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I see an article called The World Summit of Nobel Peace Laureates that looks like a copy/paste creation, rather than a move from your sandbox. It's clearly not quite ready for Wikipedia mainspace. By the time the article meets the manual of style, and you compare it to WP:FIRSTARTICLE, you will likely be autoconfirmed (talk→ BWilkins ←track) 10:23, 9 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Please confirm our account Rpscajmer as we want to upload files viz logo and other picture and contents on the wikipedia about Rajasthan Public Service Commission. Kindly send confirmation on our email id. Rpscajmer (talk) 10:33, 9 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
(Non-administrator comment) Please review Wikipedia's policy concerning Sharing accounts. Good luck with your request. Mlpearc (powwow) 17:56, 9 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Before confirming your account we need some additional information. First, what is the copyright status of the images you want to upload? I guess that the logo is probably copyrighted. Next, throughout your request you keep saying we, how many people will be accessing this account? GB fan 18:00, 9 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Sir the logo having copyright with RPSC so there is no issue in this regard. Secondly only one administrator for updating the contents on this account but there would be multiple users if you provide necessary permission. Please allow me to upload the logo and other pictures etc
uploading description for arts festival "Lagos Biennial" to be held in Nigeria and organised by ONEEA (one event architects) oneea.com.ng Jiunola (talk) 17:04, 9 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
There isn't currently an article, Lagos Biennial in Wikipedia. You do not need to be confirmed to create the article. Before creating it though you should make sure that the festival meets our notability guidelines. If it is going to happen it probably doesn't meet the guidelines. Is there some other reason you are asking for confirmed rights? GB fan 17:52, 9 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Would like to add a picture to Reggie Rock Bythewood's page on behalf of him MisirluX3 (talk) 21:02, 10 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Need to upload and add album cover for Veil of Maya- Eclipse album that I created a page for music is my name, music is my game (talk) 03:07, 11 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
(Non-administrator comment) I have uploaded the cover of the album. Is there anything other you need to be confirmed? Armbrust, B.Ed. Let's talkabout my edits? 13:03, 13 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I'm relatively new. I have my brother User:Dipankan001 who encouraged me to join Wikipedia. I have all the policies known (definitely my bro told me), so I'll make and edit protected pages, and upload few images. Dazzlingstar090 (talk) 14:33, 11 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
(Non-administrator comment) As your account stands now, you can edit over 96% of the encyclopedia. Can you describe the copyrights of the images you intend to upload ? You have passed the required edit count of 10 (ten) edits and your account will automatically move to autoconfirmed in < 4 (four) days, is the a more specific reason you need your account moved to confirmed status ? Mlpearc (powwow) 17:00, 11 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I can't be editing my favorite topics, as most of the articles of the Cricket players of Indian team are semi-protected. The files that I want to upload are non-free files, and I'm quite certain that they will pass Non-free content criteria. I would be uploading book covers, posters of new bollywood films, etc. I also know that non-free files should not be orphaned, as they will be deleted. The most annoying thing is that the CAPTCHA always triggers for accounts like us. Dazzlingstar090 (talk) 04:31, 12 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I would like to add several pictures to the Kelsey Davey Farm page. The original person who wrote the entry got the location wrong and listed the building as torn down. I own the house and managed to make changes to the entry but have not been able to upload a couple of pictures. I do not know how to write code and have no interest in becoming a full time contributer. I have been trying for several days and getting no where. please send me to the simplest way to upload a few pictures. Cookpie (talk) 15:10, 11 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
(Non-administrator comment) There is be a better way to upload the images you wish, especially with a conflict of interest you have with the article. You may request the images be uploaded for you by established users here: Wikipedia:Files for upload. Mlpearc (powwow) 17:07, 11 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Conflicts of interest generally aren't an issue with images: we strongly encourage people to upload pictures of subjects with which they're connected if we have articles, and the images Cookpie wants to upload would be quite useful on multiple pages. Nyttend (talk) 00:15, 12 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Makes sense to me, why was the request not granted ? Mlpearc (powwow) 01:12, 12 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
The user has two accounts (the other is Cookie pierce), both of which have been editing productively and without any violation of our sockpuppetry standards. The other account is months old, so I've advised him just to use the other account, edit the sandbox a few times, and he'll be autoconfirmed. Nyttend (talk) 01:30, 12 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you, I had not noticed. Mlpearc (powwow) 04:46, 12 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I would like to add a book that my organisation has the copyright for so that it becomes immediately accessible by other wiki users Kichcha (talk) 17:32, 11 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Do you want to add information about this book, or do you want to add the text of the book itself? Our answer to you is almost completely dependent on your answer to this question. Nyttend (talk) 01:31, 12 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I want to add information to the Elmo article about his personality prior to Kevin Clash becoming his main puppeteer. My information is found in the documentary "Being Elmo: A Puppeteer's Journey" which features both Caroll Spinney, Elmo's original puppeteer and Kevin Clash. I would like to edit minor mistakes, like one word in T-Pain's article, but It is semi-protected IManni-Kuwait (talk) 06:03, 12 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Not done Hi, and thank you for creating an account to edit Wikipedia. Although I fully understand your desire to dive right in, many of our articles are semi-protected because they are controversial, prone to vandalism, or other reasons. As a new editor with few edits, it might be wise to discuss your edits on the article talkpage in order to gain consensus for your edits, or use {{Edit semi-protected}} to request the edit be performed. I only recommend this until you're used to the challenges of reliable sources, the biographies of living persons policy, and other similar things. The good news is that fewer than 5% of Wikipedia articles are protected; this means that 95% of the articles can use your help right now! (talk→ BWilkins ←track) 09:48, 12 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
