Attempting to "create" a sub-page of: "Template: User Central Otago, NZ"

Attempting to re-create the Central Otago "user" page: of.. This "User" is from: Central Otago, NZ

ie: Otago is shown thus:

Therefore (by my assumption it's EZ to change.. but maybe it's not):

?? Well here goes ?? Yippee it worked.. Now ??? How the H do I create the "physical" page for it?
