Requests for registration
Please read the guide on the main page before requesting permission. In applying for AWB access, you indicate that you will abide by its terms.
Also, this page is for requesting AWB Access for this wiki (English Wikipedia) only. Other projects have their own check pages and you should ask administrators there to add you.
Please add your name to the bottom of the list using *
. Enter your user name exactly as it is, do not add underscores instead of spaces or change the case of the first letter.
{{AWBUser|your username}}

If the list contains undecided entries that are over 48 hours old, please add
to the top of this page.
{{Admin backlog}}
Note that users with under 500 mainspace non-automated edits are rarely approved. You only need to give a reason for wanting AWB access if you have fewer than 500 mainspace non-automated edits.
If approved, your name will be added to the CheckPage.

- Can you please explain what you would like to use this for as the great majority of contribs is revert? Graeme Bartlett (talk) 21:53, 11 May 2012 (UTC)

- Harsh 2580 (talk • contribs • non-automated contribs • wikichecker • count • total • logs • page moves • block log • email) HARSH TALK 05:17, 14 May 2012 (UTC). I have probably made just 250+ mainspace edits (in 15-20 days), but I have for a long time been editing without creating an account. I have created a few stubs too. Having the AWB would be of great help to me in editing and saving my time too. Thanks in advance.
- Please be more specific about what you will do with it. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 10:38, 14 May 2012 (UTC)
- Well, I am very eager to use the AutoTagger and ListComparer. ErrorHandler for reporting bugs would be of great help. Most importantly want to use the typoscan plugin. So PLZZZZZZ....... HARSH TALK 14:13, 16 May 2012 (UTC)
- Why is no one replying after even after tagging a backlog?HARSH TALK 13:42, 20 May 2012 (UTC)
- Because this page spends most of its time backlogged. I am letting this request go to someone else. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 13:04, 22 May 2012 (UTC)

Not done Sorry, but I'd like to see some more experience first. Overall you're doing a great job so far, but there is still some room for improvement, and I'd like to see that before approving for AWB. For example, you don't use edit summaries very often. These are very helpful for other editors to keep track of what is going on without delving into diffs. Additionally, you also seem to perhaps edit too fast, or without using preview enough, and then have to go back and fix mistakes (e.g. here, here and here). However, as I say, overall you're doing good and your edits are very much appreciated, so please do come back once you've got a little more experience. Thanks, - Kingpin13 (talk) 13:28, 22 May 2012 (UTC)
- Thanks for the advice and prompt response. I'll surely keep these things in mind. :) HARSH TALK 16:01, 22 May 2012 (UTC)

- JoeSperrazza (talk • contribs • non-automated contribs • wikichecker • count • total • logs • page moves • block log • email) I have been an editor for over 5 years, and have over 13,000 edits (see User:JoeSperrazza for details. I'd like to use AWB for typo and grammar fixing, but also autotagging. Thanks, 03:27, 20 May 2012 (UTC)

- CaseyPenk (talk • contribs • non-automated contribs • wikichecker • count • total • logs • page moves • block log • email) I frequently make typo fixes and the like. I was approved for use on User:Scepia, a previous account of mine. 11:37, 22 May 2012 (UTC)
