Nick's twins

Their names are Ella and Silvan (as confirmed by Amanda), not Mitzi and Vitkor. Please stop changing them to those false names —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Blindhalo (talkcontribs) 21:14, 21 January 2007 (UTC).[reply]

Autobiography/Memoirs?

There was at one point talk (including a caption for a photo on the Strokes official website, which I of course cannot find now) of Nick writing an Autobiography... has anyone heard anything new on this? It was tennatively scheduled for release sometime in 2007 last I heard... Thanks! --PulpAffliction 04:33, 6 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Epiphone Riviera

i dont remember where i read it, but i'm pretty sure Nick's Epiphone Riviera is an early 90's model.

also, that talk of his autobiography was just shit talk. --fernandoBOT

Um, excuse me but I believe you meant to say "the talk of his autobiography was just poo talk". "Shit" is a naughty word and should never be used. For shame! Have you no morals?
The autobiography was just a joke, he said it because his wife wrote one. Also, his guitar is an epiphone p-94, not made in the 90s. He made it himself, and has like 5.

Fair use rationale for Image:Nick valensi.jpg

Image:Nick valensi.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 16:31, 4 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The new Nick page?

Whoa, whoa, what happened to Nick's old article? Where they had Fab's "he was always high" quote and they said he went to school with Julian and Fab? The article kinda sucks now. 68.215.147.64 (talk) 01:50, 12 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Shit gets added and shit gets deleted - that's always how it's been.

Voting McCain?

I undid what 76.196.10.10 posted about Nick voting for McCain. It wasn't sourced, and some searching online gave me no information. I'd rather not include something that could be true than have something written that isn't. Shadic (talk) 05:11, 30 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I doubt he did. I saw an interview on YouTube with him saying he disapproved what George Dubya and the whole Republican party was doing. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.34.217.222 (talk) 01:07, 21 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
