I do not have a copyright photo, but would like to release a photo in the public domain, how can I do this with wiki, what are my next steps please, in order to upload a picture that we have, but not copyrights. (1) You're first sentence is a little ambiguous. If you mean, the photo is not copyrighted, than you upload it to Commons. You do not need any special permissions to upload there and you can use the same username and password you use here. If you mean, that you don't own the copyright of the photo, than you can't release it in the public domain and shouldn't upload it at all. (2) Information which have from the subject of article are only acceptable, if this can be found in at least one reliable, published source. Armbrust, B.Ed. Should it eventually meet wikipedia requirements and be placed in articlespace, you can upload images then. Note: I'm not sure what you mean by "official biography " but you should read about wp:COI. There are two types of confirmed users. Autoconfirmed are users that have been here at least 4 days and have performed at least 10 edits. They do not show up on lists of confirmed users. Manually confirmed users, that is what we do here for editors that need to be confirmed before 4 days and 10 edits. These are the ones that show up on the list of confirmed users. You are autoconfirmed. I see that 23:05, 15 May 2012 you edited Plate tectonics and that article has been semi-protected since 23:49, 19 July 2011.
