- as the watermark shows, this was already published by another website, and it's unlikely to be an original work of the uploader eh bien mon prince (talk) 00:19, 9 September 2012 (UTC)

- Tagged {{GFDL}}, but the source page [1] does not mention the GFDL, and neither does the source site's cited DMCA statement [2], which doesn't actually specify any license for the site's content. The uploader says that, in response to a request for permission to use these images on Wikipedia, the person who made the post in the source thread replied, "No problem, just make a post on that topic stating that my information has been very useful, and then you can attach it to Wiki." But there is no evidence that the person who made the source post is actually the copyright holder or that the copyright holder agreed to release these under the GFDL, and a Wikipedia-only license is (perhaps surprisingly) not enough for use on Wikipedia; see WP:COPYREQ for example. —Bkell (talk) 04:01, 9 September 2012 (UTC)
- Note File:Junkers JU-390 in flight.jpg, which comes from the same source: its {{GFDL}} has been struck out and replaced with a non-free use rationale. —Bkell (talk) 04:01, 9 September 2012 (UTC)
- File:Pragaue 1940.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- File:Pragaue 1999.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- File:Heydrich's car.JPG (delete | talk | history | logs).
- Tagged {{GFDL-self}}, but these photographs were taken from an Internet forum. There is no evidence that the person who posted this image to the forum is the copyright holder, and there is also no evidence that either the copyright holder or the forum poster actually agreed to license this image under the GFDL. The first image was deleted from the Commons because of doubts that a person who posted this image to Flickr actually held the rights to the image (see commons:File:Reinhard Heydrich place.jpg). —Bkell (talk) 04:19, 9 September 2012 (UTC)
- Unfree file is not the topic of the article, it is tangential. No discussion of the image takes place in the article. There is no evidence that the image demonstrates that the topic "you didn't build that" has become viral. Binksternet (talk) 04:46, 9 September 2012 (UTC)
- Wrong forum -> WP:FFD. Magog the Ogre (t • c) 04:51, 9 September 2012 (UTC)
- Note: This image is currently tagged as non-free. If there is a dispute with the rationale, please tag the image with {{dfu}} or list it at WP:Non-free content review. AnomieBOT⚡ 05:04, 9 September 2012 (UTC)

- This is a scanned copy of a photograph, it is not clear that the uploader holds the copyright. The photographer would be over ninety years old now. Graham Colm (talk) 19:55, 9 September 2012 (UTC)
- File:Fata al-Iraq newspaper on a special issue commemorated the death of Mulla Effendi, February 11, 1943.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- It's unlikely that the uploader holds the copyright, although the newspaper might be in the public domain owing to its age. Graham Colm (talk) 20:01, 9 September 2012 (UTC)
- Can anyone read Arabic? If the articles generally are uncredited, per Template:PD-Iraq this should be PD. — Crisco 1492 (talk) 22:53, 9 September 2012 (UTC)
- File:Badawa Palace (2).jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- It seems unlikely that the uploader owns the copyright to this old photograph; more information is required. Graham Colm (talk) 20:04, 9 September 2012 (UTC)
- Approval by OTRS is missing. Leyo 21:44, 9 September 2012 (UTC)
- The sourcing and licensing information conflict: the uploader claims to be the copyright holder, yet the source is stated to be the Royal Ontario Museum and the file has apparently been uploaded as fair use. SuperMarioMan 22:24, 9 September 2012 (UTC)
- Scan of a photograph with no source cited. Without proof of prior publication we cannot show that it is public domain in Iraq or the US. — Crisco 1492 (talk) 22:51, 9 September 2012 (UTC)
