Hello Hueydoc, how are you doing? I noticed that you changed Rascon's rank from Major to Lt.Col. Verifiable sources as required by Wikipedia, indicate that he retired as a Major. I would like for you to cite the verifiable reliable source which proofs that he indeed retired as a Lt. Col. Once, you provide these then it can be posted as such and we will have an upper hand in the event that an edit war occurs in the future.
