Jabong.com is one of India's leading fashion and lifestyle ecommerce portals.[2] It retails apparel, footwear, accessories, beauty products, fragrances, home accessories and other fashion and lifestyle products. The site started operations in January 2012. It is spearheaded by Arun Chandra Mohan, Praveen Sinha, Manu Jain & Mukul Bafana.

The e-store at present carries over 700 +brands and over 50,000 products.[3] According to a ComScore report of September 2012, Jabong.com had the second highest amount of traffic on its website within a few months of its launch[citation needed]. In March 2013, Jabong.com held an Alexa Traffic ranking of 36 in India.[1] Jabong also ranked 10th in Google Zeitgeist India trends making it 10th most searched term in 2012 in India.[4] According to Trust Research Advisory Jabong ranked among the top 25 trusted online brands in India.[5] Jabong.com offers same-day delivery in Delhi/NCR, and within 48 hours in top 10 cities and within 2-3 days in other cities and towns. Jabong offers 30 day return policy.[6] It offers multiple methods for payment including credit/debit card, net banking and cash/card on delivery. The cash on delivery payment model allows allows buyers to see the product before making a purchase; customers can open the box and check the contents before accepting delivery.

Jabong.com received the highest traffic of any ecommerce site in India in 2012.[7][8][9] [10]

The company headquarters is in Gurgaon, Haryana. Most of Jabong’s deliveries takes place through JaVas. JaVas covers around 35-40 cities. It has also started delivering for other merchants, predominantly e-commerce players.[2]

The company has launched its mobile site recently and is said to have estimated revenues to the tune of 100-150m USD.[11]
