Weronika Anna Dolores Rosati (born on 9 January 1984) is a Polish actress and model.

Biography

Weronika Rosati was born on 9 January 1984 in Warsaw, as a daughter of Polish-Italian father Dariusz Rosati (real name Gaetano Dario Rosati)[1], a professor of economics and former member of the European Parliament and his wife Teresa, a fashion designer. Weronika Rosati spent her childhood in the United States and Schwitzerland. Her family came to Poland in 1990.

In 2003 Rosati started Actors studies at the National Film School in Łódź, but she had never finished them. Also, she was studying at the Jan Machulski Private Drama School in Warsaw, Stella Adler Academy of Acting and Theatres in Los Angeles and Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in New York City.[2]

As an actress, Weronika Rosati debuted in the Polish Television series Klasa na obcasach in 2001. Then she performed in many others Polish soap operas, including: M jak miłość, Samo Życie, Pitbull and Majka. The last one was based on the Venezualan TV series Juana la virgen.

Since 2006 Rosati is living in Los Angeles.[3] In 2013 she was nominated by the Polish Film Academy to the Polish Academy Award for Best Actress.[4]
