Well, if you haven't noticed this is the Free Encyclopedia, money doesn't matter here. What matters is the quality of the encyclopedia. If you want adspace, then you're going to have to pay for it, and Wikipedia won't be the one providing it to you. Regarding the indefinite block of this account: In fact, User:AppleJuicefromConcentrate is not indefinitely blocked at the moment. I'll assume that the photo is not fake. However, according to it the shop's name is "Cloffs Dairy Products" and not "Clough of a Bird" or any derivative thereof. And the photo still gives no evidence that the shop is in any way notable, or that the information (which was rather implausible on its own) you gave was true. (By the way, you have failed to provide the image's source and copyright status, so unless you correct that - and add the appropriate image copyright tag - it will soon be deleted.
