Luis Alberto Romero Alconchel (born 28 September 1992) is a Spanish footballer who plays for Premier League club Liverpool as a forward or a winger.

Club career

Sevilla

A product of Sevilla FC, Luis Alberto was born in San José del Valle, Cádiz, and he spent his first two seasons as a senior with the-B team in Segunda División B, scoring 15 goals in his second.[2][3] On 16 April 2011 he made his first-team – and La Liga – debut for the Andalusians, replacing another club youth graduate, Rodri, in the second half of a 0–1 away loss against Getafe CF.Cite error: A <ref> tag is missing the closing </ref> (see the help page). The signing was successfully completed two days later, subject to international clearance,[4] and he made his debut for his new club on 13 July, in a 4–0 pre-season friendly win over Preston North End.[5] His first goal for his new club came in the 4-1 win against Vålerenga on 7 August with an accurate volley from close range.

On 1 September Luis Alberto made his league debut with the Reds, playing the last seven minutes in a 1–0 home win against Manchester United.[6] On 15 September, The Spaniard featured in an under-21 match for the Reds against Sunderland, in which he scored a hat trick and received praises for his performance.
