I was born in Bogotá, Colombia, the most megadiverse country per square kilometer in the world, as well as land of amazing coffee, beautiful flowers and happiest people on earth. I am a Law School graduate of Universidad de los Andes, and have been involved for several years with trademark and copyright law in Latin America. I've worked for Baker & McKenzie Bogotá's office in IP, Unfair Competition and Dispute Resolution matters, and was a legal intern for Creative Commons in 2011. I am passionate about intellectual property, free-knowledge, meeting new people and trying out restaurants anywhere. In my free time you would find me out traveling, socializing, taking random pictures of buildings or watching tons of TV shows and musicals.
