Hassaram Rijhumal College of Commerce and Economics, commonly known as H.R. College, is located in Churchgate, South Mumbai. It is run by the Hyderabad Sind National Collegiate Board and comes under the University of Mumbai. It is located adjacent to K. C. College and shares a building with the K. C. Law College. The current principal, Dr. Indu Shahani, is the former Sheriff of Mumbai.[1]

Alumni Network
H.R. College has recently taken great strides in strengthening their Alumni Network. In such an effort, they have subscribed to The Alumni Portal - an Alumni Management platform. Using this platform, they have created an exclusive social network for their alumni community. They also send regular updates about the institute on the portal. It is hosted at www.alumni.hrcollege.edu. Members in the network can post jobs, event, news, network with each other as well as mentor and be mentored. This online network stays with the students for life.
H.R. College is one of the few colleges in India to have such an online social network. This network was launched due to proactive efforts of the Principal Indu Shahani and her team.
