Potential Copyright Issue question

this pdf file link is utilizing some parts including some of the pictured breeds of the article copypasted from the Philippine Native Chicken article from Wikipedia website. The purpose is to reference the different breeds written in the Wikipedia article, therefore the Philippine Native Chicken article in Wikipedia did not expressly violate copyright claim. Wikipedia article written in 2011.

i, the author of this article verified that the writer/author of the PDF file in question utilized my article for reference however failed to mention this website and article as a reference to her research paper.
