Jaerock Lee (born 1943, Muan County, Jeollanam-do, South Korea) is a best-selling author of many Christian books and the senior pastor of the Manmin Central Church[1] in Seoul.[2] Manmin means ‘all creation; all the nations; all the people.’ So, he says, the ministry of Manmin is to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all nations and to all the people of God’s creation.[3] In 2004, Lee formed a global Christian television network to spread the Gospel all over the world. The station entitled GCN launched in October 2005,[4] and its programs are aired through Christian channels like Enlace and TBN Russia. His books are translated in many languages.[5] Major Christian newspapers like The Christian Post,[6] Christian Today, Charisma (magazine),[7] Kukmin Ilbo[8] and secular media like CNN,[1] AP, USA Today, Yonhap News,[9] Korea Times[10] and Korea Herald[5] featured Lee's ministries. Lee knows that Christians lives are to be holy and should be empowered by the Holy Spirit.[11] He was selected as one of the Top 10 Most Influential Christian Leaders in 2009 and 2010 by the Christian Telegraph, a Christian portal site.[12]

His members claimed that he has an ability to heal through prayer, including diseases like AIDS and leukemia.[13] Medical doctors attempt to prove the divine healing cases through the prayer of Lee with medical data.[14] He claims to have 120,000 members throughout the world in 9,000 member churches.[10]

Lee is currently president of The United Holiness Church of Korea,[15] chairman of United Holiness Theological Seminary, and the permanent president of the World Christianity Revival Mission Association.[16] In June 2004, Korean Presbyterian Churches Union have clarified that Rev. Dr. Jaerock Lee is pastoring with faithful doctrines based on the pure Gospel and Lee is orthodox. Manmin Central church has the largest number of churches in Korea.[17]

Early life

Before he converted, he had been sick for 7 years just after he got married and everyone abandoned him[peacock prose].[18] Lee attempted to commit suicide several times, but one day his elder sister took him to a Korean healing evangelist, after which he claims his illnesses disappeared. Lee told "It was an undoubtable miracle".[19] In the book "Tasting Eternal Life Before Death", he claims he will always pursue God's grace and subject himself to God's will.[20]

1982 - 1999

Lee founded Manmin Central Church in July 1982[21] with just 13 members.[22] The number of registered members continued to increase rapidly and passed 3,000 within 5 years of the founding. In this period, many church organizations such as Prayer Warriors' Mission, Volunteers' Mission, Choirs, and Performing Arts Committee have been organized.[22] He says the secrets of the revival of his church that, first, the pastors and churches need to be loved by God. Only when the pastors and members keep and obey the Word of God, the churches can get revival. Secondly, pastors have to receive the power of God through prayers. He claims that he could drive away Satan and the devil once he and his members prayed aloud, as written in the Bible.[23] The church is actively involved in community service. It has established "The Relief Committee" that regularly provides living expenses and scholarships to the elderly living in solitude and youths who find themselves as heads of households. For the elderly in collaboration with government offices, the church operates "Manmin Welfare Town", a welfare institution. Other welfare institutions include "Joint Weddings" for disabled couples "Mission House" to assist foreigners living and working in South Korea, "Medical Mission", a group of medical professionals among Manmin members, visits social welfare institutions and offers free medical examinations. "The Edification and Welfare Mission" visits youth detention centers and prisons to worship together with inmates and presents them with gifts.[22] Lee made a contribution for the construction of a hall for the aged.[24]

Rev. Dr. Jaerock Lee makes the progress report in Peaceful Re-unification Jublilee Crusade in Seoul, Korea(1995)

In the 1990s his church has witnessed a drastic increase in the number of church members in and outside Korea and the church was able to establish a new denomination.[22] In 1993 his church was selected as one of the “World's Top 50 Churches” by the Christian World magazine (US).[25][26] And he took the lead for the Korean churches union and national evangelization by cooperating Korean Christian activities like World Holification Crusade in 1992 in Yoido. As well as, Lee's official website reads, he worked as Chairman of '94 The Holy Spirit Seoul Explosive Crusade', Administrative President of '95 Peace Re-Unification Crusade for the 50th anniversary of Independence Day of Korea',[27] Chairman of '97 The Holy Spirit Evangelism Congress for National Unification', Vice-president of '2002 World Cup Mission Team', Chairman of Korean Christian Association, Chairman of World Evangelization Central Association, President of National Evangelism Campaign Center, and President of Evangelization Council for Prosecutory Officials.[28] In 1995, Lee preached about the secret of church revival to the 1,000 pastors in Korea.[29] In 1997, his church choir participated in Choir Festival in commemoration of FEBC's 22nd anniversary;[30] FEBC stands for Far East Broadcasting Company(Chairman : Billy Kim, CEO : 한기붕[31]).

In 1999, Munhwa Broadcasting Corporation, a South Korean television broadcaster, aired a documentary critical of Jaerock Lee. In response, 300 Manmin Central Church members invaded the television station, attacking security guards and breaking into the station control room to cut the power, while another 1,500 organised a sit-down protest in a nearby street; 600 riot police were needed to restore order. The station had previous been prevented by court order from airing a story on Lee's sex life.[32] MBC filed a lawsuit against the church and 61 people involved in the attack, seeking damages of 2.7 billion; the Seoul Southern District Court granted damages in the amount of ₩696 million in November 2000 against the church and some of the participants in the attack, but threw out the case against Lee himself.[33] And the church filed against MBC for the correction report and won the lawsuit by the court ruling.[34][35]

2nd Period(2000 to 2009)

Lee works to bring Gospel even to the most remote corners of the world. He has conducted world-wide missionary works in the United States, Russia, the Philippines, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Pakistan, Argentina, Honduras, India, Germany, Peru, DR Congo, USA, Israel and Estonia.[17][22] Lee told in the interview with Wolgan Joongang Magazine, "I have been invited to hold crusades by more than 100 nations, even by the presidents of several countries, but I can go only to a nation that God allows."[22]

Uganda

In July 2000, Lee visited Uganda to lead the Uganda United Crusade. Representatives of Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni, including Jehoash Myanza Nkangi, the minister of Justice, Samuel Rubunda, a presidential aide of religion, members of the National Assembly, and the mayor of Kampala,[36] welcomed Lee at the airport. They told Lee "Uganda is dealing with overwhelming spiritual and social problems and desperately needs the message of Christ". Thousands of Ugandans came to Nakibubo Stadium for the rally, and many responded by professing faith in Christ, and others were allegedly cured of physical and spiritual ailments when Lee prayed for them. The event was broadcast on the government television station, which reaches 3 million people in Kampala.[37] Bishop Grivas Musisi, Chairman of the Uganda United Crusade Organizing Committee, claimed in a CNN interview that "I have seen many people getting healed through the power that the science cannot explain, namely through supernatural power in this crusade. This is certainly signs and wonders that can come from God only." [38] CNN correspondent Yusuf Kalyango Jr. reported that Rev. Dr. Jaerock Lee proved to many Uganda people that he is a man of God by manifesting the works of spiritual power that prove that the Bible is true in Nakibubo Stadium. His mission in Uganda was for the people of Uganda to enter New Jerusalem before God.

The 2002 Healing Festival with Rev. Dr. Jaerock Lee took place at Marina Beach, Chennai, and during the four days of the festival more than three million people gathered. This monumental festival is widely considered to have made a profound impact on Christian history. At the festival attended mostly by Hindus, Rev. Dr. Lee testified to messages - e.g., "Why Is Jesus Our Only Savior?" - which were based entirely on the evangelical teachings of the gospel. When Rev. Dr. Lee prayed for the sick from the pulpit during the festival, in the midst of the work of the Holy Spirit a number of people experienced and testified to their healing. This scene of miracles was also broadcast live on India's four television channels, and there were other countless people watching the Festival on TV who received healing and converted to Christianity.[45]

On September 21, 2014, Lee prayed for eliminating Ebola virus in DR Congo. On September 26, Governor Pengo expressed his gratefulness to Lee who prayed for this problem.[59]

U.S.A.

In July 2006, Lee went to the United States to lead a three-day "Salvation Miracles Revival Crusade" at New York City's Madison Square Garden,[60] "It's a movement to transform and change the heart of the dark part of New York City, New Jersey and Connecticut - and especially New York," said Ricardo Reyes, chairman of the crusade. He says he can cure illnesses that the best doctors cannot, including HIV and cancer, according to Reyes.[61] Major League Baseball player David Wright, third baseman for the New York Mets, was tricked into doing a commercial for Lee's crusade; Wright agreed to appear on camera and offer an endorsement because he believed that the event had already been approved by the Mets, but in fact, the advertisement, which featured unauthorised uses of the Mets' logo, was being put together by a reporter who misused his press credentials to gain access to Wright and film him. After the misuse came to light, broadcasting of the advertisement ceased, and Wright publicly apologised. The crusade, which was also endorsed by New York senator Rubén Díaz and New York City Councilman Hiram Monserrate,[62] and the head of the National Religious Broadcasters, one of the country's most influential evangelical groups, attracted large numbers of Latinos and other members of immigrant groups. Mr. Juan Sanchez, an attendee of the crusade and semi-paralyzed gunshot victim, told, "Today, when the pastor prayed, I felt my leg becoming straight. And my lower back - the pain is gone. I can walk normally. Now I've got more faith in my heart and my body and my soul, too." The crusade was successful and New York State Senator Rubén Díaz, Sr. proclaimed the recognition of Dr. Lee's ministry on behalf of the State of New York. And Harvey Thomas, chairman of the Federation of European Broadcasters (FEB), said "We are different, but as children of God we need to be united in Christ Jesus." After attending the crusade, Mr. Thomas said, "I've never heard such a biblical message like Dr. Lee's -- and the performance of Manmin ministry is so fantastic and holy."[62][63] Frank Wright, the president of the National Religious Broadcasters, which is an international association of Christian communicators with more than 1500 member organizations, expressed his opinions on the crusade. "Rev. Lee's message is very spiritual yet very easy to understand. It was amazing to see so many people being healed through his prayer." Dr. David Waisman, a Peruvian congressman, said, "I was touched. Rev. Lee is seeking to overcome evil with goodness. Through the power of God, the mute came to speak."[64] The crusade was transmitted on television to 200 countries.[65] On March 21, 2010, Dr. Frank Wright attended the Sunday worship services at Manmin Central Church.[66]

Israel

Lee visited Bethlehem in the 2007 Christmas and preached the message about "Why Only Jesus Christ Is Savior" based upon the Bible. In September 2009, Lee visited Israel. While there, he led a crusade, the "International Multi-Cultural Festival",[67][68][69][70] at the International Convention Center in Jerusalem.[71] The event drew roughly 3,000 attendees from 36 countries to rally for peace in the Middle East;[72] among the crowd was Israeli minister of tourism Stas Misezhnikov and Jerusalem mayor Nir Barkat. Lee, who already visited Israel in June in preparation for the event and met, amongst others, with Defense Minister Ehud Barak, announced that his choice to hold the convention in Jerusalem is an expression of solidarity with the Jewish people, the State of Israel and its leaders. Dr. Jaerock Lee expressed thanks to the support of Government of Israel and Municipality of Jerusalem.[73] A spokesperson for countermissionary organisation Jewish Israel speculated that Lee's visit was connected to the planned launch of a Russian-language evangelical television station. The association of Israeli pastors established for the growth of Israeli churches and the union of pastors organized the event, CNS reported.[74] When asked about what he wanted to achieve on his “crusade to Jerusalem,” he said he “wants to preach about Jesus Christ, the savior, who was born in this land.”[75] Lee proclaimed Jesus Christ is our Messiah.[76] During a speech, Lee claimed that the swine influenza epidemic there would go away after he prayed that night. On Sep 7, 2009, the Jesursalem Post reported that "The near-blind discarded their glasses and claimed crystal-clear sight. The crippled cast aside canes and vacated wheelchairs to stumble and leap in joy. One woman shouted she had been cured of cancer of the womb, and another of tuberculosis." when Dr. Jaerock Lee prayed for the healing. The festival was broadcast to 220 nations in 8 different languages by simultaneous interpretation through TV broadcasters including TBN(Trinity Broadcasting Network) and DayStar, Enlace, CNL etc.[77]

3rd Period(2010~Present)

Estonia

In October 2010, Dr. Lee led entitled "2010 Korean Culture Festival"[78] or "Estonia Miracle Healing Crusade 2010" in Saku Suurhall Arena, the biggest arena of Estonia,[79][80] and claimed that it brought the most people to this arena in the Christian history of Estonia. Prior to Dr. Lee’s preaching, the performance team of Manmin Central Church presented a top class Christian performance and glorified God. It was followed by Dr. Lee’s sermon entitled ``God the Creator’’ and "The Reason Why Only Jesus Christ is our Savior".[81] In his message he emphasized that the believers who accepted Jesus Christ as their Savior should cast away sins and become sanctified. When he prayed for the sick, many people were healed of various diseases including epilepsy and cancers and they came up to the stage to testify to their healings, reported Korea Times. Mrs. Alina Aivazova, wife of Dr. Leonid Chernovetskyi, Mayor of Kiev, the capital of Ukraine attended this crusade and was healed of arthritis and spondylitis, and testified that the pain over her whole body disappeared, Korea Times reported. This crusade was broadcast to 220 countries via aired TV, Cable TV and the Internet.[82][83]

Many celebrities like former prime minister of Korea Han Duck-soo, professor of Seoul National University Byungjong Kim celebrate Manmin church's anniversary.[84] One of the eminent pastors from Malaysia, Rev. Clarance, stated about the Christian culture performance of the church, "The beauty of Heaven was fantastic. I also desire to enter New Jerusalem."[85] He expanded his missionary works to Asia,[86] America, Africa, Europe and Africa and the number of church members were growing up explosively.[22][87] He plans to build the world's largest church.[7] Lee believes that God gave a vision for the construction of Grand Sanctuary and had the members pray for it.[85]

World Christian Doctors Network

Lee founded the World Christian Doctors Network (WCDN), which organizes the annual International Christian Medical Conference. The WCDN claims to medically analyze supposed healing cases performed by God.[88] Dr. Frans Cronje from South Africa claimed that WCDN is setting the stage for a truly evidence based approach in researching divine intervention.[89] There are annual international [further explanation needed] conferences in Seoul; Chennai, India; Cebu City, the Philippines; Miami; Trondheim, Norway, Kiev, Rome and Brisbane.[14][90] “We may be miraculously healed physically and mentally and have had a wonderful experience of the healing power of God, without any measurable or observable physical changes,” according to the WCDN. “We have uncovered many testimonies of how the power of God has healed patients and when doctors hear this kind of news, they become curious,” said Dr. Joonha Hwang, a top South Korean doctor.[91] The 4th International Christian Medical Conference was held at the Hyatt Hotel in Miami, Florida, the United States on July 13 and 14, 2007, attracting more than 150 medical doctors from 40 countries.[92] The 6th International Christian Medical Conference was held at the President Hotel, Kiev, Ukraine, Oct. 30 and 31.[93] The conference, under the theme “Spirituality and Medicines,” was attended by 400 doctors from 30 nations.[90] The 7th International Christian Medical Conference in 2010 was held in Rome.[94][95] From June 14 to 15 in 2013, the 10th International Christian Medical Conference was held in Toluca, Mexico. [96]

Books

Lee has written a number of books about his approach to Christianity.[97] His books are published by Christian publishers around the world such as Strang (USA), Destiny Image Europe (Italy), Baruch (Ukraine), Word of Christ (India), Andi (Indonesia), and Grace (Taiwan).[98] As of September, 2014, Lee has written more than 90 titles.[99] Urim Books, which is one of the top publishers in South Korea[citation needed],[100] His book ministry specializes in e-books including Chinese language.[101] has published Dr. Lee's books in 56 languages.

Confession

The book "Confession" contains 100 poems. The Korean version of "Confession" has been the bestsellers in the religion section of the Kyobo Book Center. [102]

My Life, My Faith Volume1

His autobiography "My Life, My Faith1" gives us a clear insight of how God intervenes in a person’s life to give him a blessing.[103] In the book he outlined five points that contribute to the growth of the church, CBN(Christian Broadcasting Network) Indonesia(Jawaban News) reports. First of all, we need to receive the love from God. Second, we must pray. Third, we must have a spiritual faith. Fourth, we need to hear the voice of the Spirit and receive His guidance. Fifth, we must follow the example of the early church.[104] Dr. Lee writes in the book, “I was always crying out in my prayer and was living in the fullness of the Spirit. And the Lord from time to time let me know about the things to come, and also great and secret things.” He goes on to describe that “God let me know in advance how the world situations would flow, and sometimes, He let me know about some very important figures.”[105] My Life, My Faith Volume1 has been published into 35 languages,[106] and the book has been ranked as a bestseller in its religion section announced by Kyobo Book Centre, which is the largest book store chain in South Korea. The book is also being shared with many celebrities like the President of Honduras, the Penang Chief Minister in Malaysia, the Minister of Human Resource Development (India), and the Minister of Culture, Community and Youth of Singapore.[107]

My Life, My Faith Volume2

In the book, “My Life, My Faith 2”, Lee writes about the USA, China and the EU in which he says that in the future, the world will have these three major powers.[108] And Lee tells how Christians receive power of God and how they can be healed of diseases by faith.[109][110] Bulawayo 24 News reports that the series books are extremely interesting and informative.[111]

In the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the books My Life, My Faith(1,2) have been published with official permission from its government in its vernacular language by Vietnam Religion Publisher (VRP).[112]

The Message of the Cross

The titles of Hebrew and Arabic versions of The Message of the Cross are modified with the title The Way of Salvation.[113] Prominent European Christian publisher, Pietro Evangelista, president of Evangelista Media based in Italy, published The Message of the Cross under the different title Understanding the Message of the Cross of Jesus Christ and is distributing around the world. Mr. Pietro has run a full-page The New York Times Book Review ad, which is one of the most influential and widely read book review publications in the industry.[114]

As well as, the book has its substitute title "The Way of Salvation".[10] Richard R. Blake for Reader Views, in the US, said about the book The Message of the Cross, “Beginning by establishing that God is the Creator and that the Bible is the way to know and meet God, Dr. Lee goes on to reveal God’s plan of salvation and the promise of eternal life. He starts with the Biblical story of the creation of man found in the book of Genesis to show how God created man.” The Message of the Cross has been published into 56 different languages including English, Nepalese, and even into Indian vernacular languages like Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Punjabi, Simte, Tangkhul, as of 17th, March, 2014 Lee's associative publisher says.[115][116][117] What is interesting is that in the book, the author also deals with a question and its answer, "Why God placed the tree of the knowledge of good and evil in the Garden of Eden?"[118] Dr. Jaerock Lee answers the question “Why did Jesus call Mary ‘Woman,’ not ‘Mother’ in John 19:26~27.” Dr. Lee explains that “Jesus proclaimed about Himself that He come to this world as our Savior by completing the divine plan for human salvation on the cross. So He called Mary ‘woman,’ not ‘mother.’” He goes on to say that “Besides, our Savior Jesus is God in Trinity and Creator. God the Creator is Who He IS, and He is the First and the Last. Hence, Jesus does not have a mother and that is why Jesus called her ‘woman,’ not ‘mother.’”[107]

The Law of God

The Law of God is a collection of Rev. Dr. Lee’s topical messages on the Ten Commandments. The primary focus of the book is the reason our God of love has given us the Ten Commandments and the spiritual significance of each Commandment including ways to draw closer to Him, receive answers from Him, walk with Him, and meet with Him in everyday life.[119]

The Power of God

In the book, The Power of God, Lee has attempted to introduce the process in which one meets God and receives His power, the different levels of power, the Most High Power of Creation that goes beyond the limit permissible for a creature human being, and the places at which His power is manifested.[120]

Heaven Volume 1

Creation House, an imprint of renowned Christian publisher Charisma Media in US published Dr. Lee's book Heaven Volume 1 and distributes around the world including US,[121] Taiwan,[122] Japan,[123] Singapore,[124] Malaysia,[125] and Thailand.[126] In ‘Heaven(1)’, Lee discusses the different places of heaven: Paradise, the First Kingdom of Heaven, the Second Kingdom of Heaven, the Third Kingdom of Heaven, New Jerusalem and the rewards given according to each one’s measure of faith.

Lee says that “Paradise” is the lowest level of heaven, “yet,” he says, “much more beautiful and happier than this world.”

Dr. Lee believes that “The First Kingdom of Heaven” will house those who accepted Jesus Christ and tried to live according to God’s word and states that those who did not accomplish holiness completely, but did their duties, will enter “The Second Kingdom of Heaven”.

He goes on to say that “The Third Kingdom of Heaven” is the place for only those who threw away all their sins – “even sins in their nature” - by their own efforts and the help of the Holy Spirit.

Lee concludes that the “New Jerusalem” is the most beautiful and glorious place in heaven, where God’s Throne is located.[127]

On this earth when you are filled with sadness, you moan, writes Lee. In heaven, however, there is no need for moaning because there will not be any diseases or concerns. There will only be eternal happiness.[128]

Heaven Volume 2

In his book, Heaven(2), Lee discusses that the combination of the twelve precious stones represents the heart of Jesus Christ and God, the culmination of love and examines the twelve precious stones and their spiritual significances. They are : Jasper: Spiritual Faith; Sapphire: Uprightness and Integrity; Chalcedony: Innocence and Sacrificial Love; Emerald: Righteousness and Cleanliness; Sardonyx: Spiritual Faithfulness; Sardius: Passionate Love, Chrysolite: Mercy; Beryl: Patience; Topaz: Spiritual Goodness; Chrysoprasus: Self-control; Jacinth: Purity and Holiness, and finally, Amethyst: Beauty and Gentleness. Lee writes about the prophets in the first-ranked group in heaven : Elijah who was lifted up without seeing death, Enoch who walked with God for 300 years, Abraham who was called a friend of God, and Moses, leader of the Exodus.[129] The Indonesian translation of 'Heaven' and 'Hell' have been listed as a bestseller in Indonesia.[130] The book was featured and became famous when the English version of the book was presented to president of Israel Shimon Peres[131] and Jerusalem mayor Nir Barkat.[132]

Hell

Mr. Rajendran Dhaveethu, President of Word of Christ Ministries, India, said, “I have published and have distributed Dr. Lee's book Hell in English all over India. It has attracted great reviews.”[133][134]

Man of Flesh, Man of Spirit(1)

The series, titled "Man of Flesh, Man of Spirit" (Vol. 1 and 2), is a compilation of Rev. Dr. Jaerock Lee's sermons on the Book of Job. Prof. Kim Byung-jong of Seoul National University has endorsed the book. Kim teaches oriental painting at the university, and his work was presented to the Chinese president Xi Jin Ping during his visit to Seoul on July 4. "Through this magnificent drama about the Book of Job, I have come to understand that the ultimate goal of Rev. Lee Jaerock's ministry of healing of the body and spirit he dreams is to lead as many people to the kingdom of heaven," Kim wrote in his endorsement. "Now I am glad to see this powerful work that can awaken many people from their spiritual slumber, and wish to share this great joy with as many Christians at home and outdoors."[135]

Man of Flesh, Man of Spirit(2)

The book, Man of Flesh, Man of Spirit(2), based on a lecture of about the book of Job, tells us about the evilness hidden deep in our nature. “We could realize that God revealed many kinds of untruthful heart and minds in people’s nature through the illustrations of Job and his three friends,” Lee says in the book.[136] Byungjong Kim, Ph.D. & Prof. Seoul National University and one of Korea’s most prominent painters,[137] says "Man of Flesh, Man of Spirit II: Lecture on the Book of Job rediscovers God through the illness, physical hardships, and the recovery of Job, giving a new insight on the man Job who had the awakening to the hope for the kingdom of heaven. It is because the work of salvation of God is rising like a rainbow beyond Job's sickness, sufferings, and healing and recovery.[138]

Spirit, Soul and Body

In the book “Spirit, Soul and Body", Lee deals with the question “What did God, who existed all by Himself before all eternity, look like?” And the book explains the spiritual meanings of such biblical terms as 'flesh', 'things of the flesh', 'works of the flesh', and 'spirit'.[139] Lee writes that the 'heavens' were generally categorized into four spiritual realm. The entire physical space including our Earth, our Solar System, our Galaxy, and the whole universe is referred to as the first heaven. From the second heaven on are spiritual spaces. The Garden of Eden and the space for evil spirits are located in the second heaven. After God created men, He also created the Garden in Eden, which is the area of light in the second heaven. God brought the man into the Garden and let him subdue and rule over everything(Genesis 2:15). The throne of God is located in the third heaven. It is the kingdom of heaven where the children of God will dwell who received salvation through human cultivation. The fourth heave is the original heaven where God used to exist alone as the Light before He separated the space. This is a mysterious space where everything is fulfilled just as God harbors whatever it might be in mind. It is also a space that is beyond any limitation of time and space.[140] The Korean version of “Spirit, Soul and Body (1)” has been a bestseller in the religion section of Kyobo Book Center, one of the largest bookshops in Korea.[141]

Love: Fulfillment of the Law

The book writes about the love of God who sent His only begotten Son to save us who were destined to die due to sins, and the love of the Lord who loved us to the point of forsaking all His heavenly glory and dying on the cross.[142]

Footsteps of the Lord volume(1,2)

Footsteps of the Lord (1,2), are the book compiled from Dr. Lee's series "Lectures on the Gospel of John". The secret of Jesus' origin as well as the spiritual meaning embedded in Jesus' birth, public ministry, crucifixion, and resurrection are well explained in this book so that readers can be guided to the way of salvation, and receiving answers, love, and blessings.[120] In the book, Lee explains the meaning of spiritual food: God's Word, which is the truth.[143]

My Father Will Give to You in My Name

“My Father Will Give to You in My Name” is a compilation of messages and Lee claims that this book will enable the reader to understand "the law of the spiritual realm" on receiving answers from God.[144]

Against Such Things There Is No Law

Against Such Things There Is No Law lets readers understand the spiritual meanings of the nine fruits of the Holy Spirit along with specific examples.[145]
