Article title - Politician or writer?

Shouldn't this article be titled as Kevin Williamson (writer)? He's known more for being a writer isn't he? -- œ 22:25, 5 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

  • Is this person known or a public figure in any sense? Seems the article is overwhelmingly unsubstantiated -the exception being that he was the first person to be thrown out of the Scots Parliament. For example, to say he has "championed" writers like James Kelman and others, means that I, as a further education lecturer, would qualify for a Wiki entry! The only reason I came to his entry was because I saw it on Irvine Welsh's entry. There, the comment that KW "is a personal friend" who wrote a piece on "Trainspotting" is not referenced. My conclusion is that politician or writer, this person is of no public interest whatsoever. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 77.103.144.148 (talk) 12:47, 6 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
