Coburn Pharr is just a guy from Puerto Rico, whose real name is Carlos. I've been a member of Wikipedia since May, 2004. Any article that has anything to do with Puerto Rico will surely have my words somewhere. Besides that, I'm also interested in music, politics, law and history articles. I'm a freak with anything that deals with Supreme Courts.
I am a Wikipedia Failed Admin Candidate. On September, 2005 my admin request failed. Apparently, 60% support isn't enough.
