The Group B of the 2015 Copa América is one of the three groups of competing nations in the 2015 Copa América. It comprises of Argentina, Uruguay (title holders), Paraguay, and Jamaica (invited team).^[1] Group play will begin on June 13, 2015 and will end on June 20, 2015.

The winner will advance to play the third-placed team of either Group A or Group C.
The runner-up will advance to play the winner of Group C.
The third-placed team, if it is one of the two best third-placed teams, will advance to play the winner of Group A.
