Disambiguation

This article needs to be linked to the disambiguation page for Proteus.

Proteus did _not_ possess the bodies of Phoenix and Polaris! At least not in his first storyline, despite what the current article says. Luis Dantas 04:15, 23 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Kevin Vs David

Why is he called Kevin when in the Ultimate X-Men he is called David?

The name 'David' is a reference to Professor X's son in the main Marvel Universe, David Haller, aka Legion.--MythicFox 11:27, 3 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Television series

Cleaned up this section somewhat, but I would say it needs work by someone more skilled in grammar. --DragonGuyver 16:47, 5 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Honestly, it _still_ needs a massive edit, unless Proteus and Kevin are supposed to be viewed as 2 separate people. I don't know, as I haven't seen the tv series but I'd assume he's still one person in one body.

In tv series proteus is shown as kevin with someform of energy armor around him but in this state he seems to be out of control, in one scene he gains control and turns into a regular boy.Banished one 21:54, 4 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Proteus Part1.jpg

Image:Proteus Part1.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Update

Proteus (or someone using the name) returns in X-Men Legacy 231. Not a wiki person or I would update, but heads up to whoever owns this page and is interested.

the external link to marvel wiki's proteus article is dead, they have deleted it because they have plagerised our article so I have removed the link as it doesn't go anywhere--Lerdthenerd wiki defender 08:55, 28 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
