original video

Who directed the original version of the video? Was it David Lynch? Gonna write some about it and add it, because that video was in rotation for years before the Helena Christensen one.83.150.146.48 (talk) 07:53, 15 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

just heard

I just heard a slightly gravel voiced female singer in a slightly punk arrangement doing this song on the radio 5.14.06. Is this new? Who is it? Would love an answer at morlock@hotmail.com

Please don't show any real-life information. Having someone contact you on your talk page is a much better idea. User:Lunakeet —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.190.199.242 (talk) 21:15, 1 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

the song was also used

Previous edit

In my previous edit, I also removed mention of a cover that was rumoured but was never released. Graham87 17:22, 31 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Many Interpretations of the Song Lyrics?

I have to say, I don't think these song lyrics are abiguous at all. Certainly, the lines quotes in this section of the article can be open to interpretation; however, other lines in the song, such as, "What a wicked thing to say, you've never felt this way," to me seem fairly straigtforward - this is a story of a man whose heart was ripped apart by an alluring, yet deceptive woman. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 193.205.3.245 (talk) 10:12, 14 February 2007 (UTC).[reply]

Adam Lambert cover is not included in the description. Why?

There was a version of this song done by a band I think by the name of Base Boosa (sp?).

It was done by a female lead singer and is by far and away the most beautiful version of the song I've ever heard. Unfortunatly, it is a very hard version to find. The only place I've ever heard it was on a local radio station.

It was by Annie Hardy of Giant Drag and is easy to find on Youtube. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 90.221.26.48 (talk) 19:49, 18 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Changes to this page I feel needed

Ok, who ever structurced this page I feel was unfair to Chris Isaak. This song was his origionally and I feel it features HIM way too much. Even at the bottom witht he discographies the the Chris IsaaK one is not maxinunized like the HIm one is.

I agree with the above. The HIM version is just a cover; the song was originally written and performed by Chris Isaak. It's not a Chris Isaak "version"; that's the original version. The poster below is incorrect. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 142.167.167.115 (talk) 00:19, 17 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I think the song was originally written by Annie Hardy of Giant Drag. The song sounds better from a girls point of view. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 90.221.26.48 (talk) 19:48, 18 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Martin Oviedo fallin in love mix

There is a mix of "Wicked Game" called "The Martin Oviedo fallin inlove mix". I´m just curios: who is this Martin Oviedo, is there a story behind the title? Anyone knows anything about it? --83.253.58.244 16:18, 27 July 2007 (UTC)Staffan Claesson, Sweden[reply]

Year of release

Although the introductory paragraph says that the single was released in 1989, the info box says November 1990. Could someone clarify this? Mikenlesley (talk) 07:27, 18 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
