Anomaly is an advertising agency founded in 2004 in New York City. The agency has offices in Los Angeles, New York, Toronto, London, Amsterdam, and Shanghai.[1][2]

The agency was founded by Carl Johnson, Jason Deland, Johnny Vulkan, Mike Byrne, Richard Mulder, and Justin Barocas.[3]

The agency does not bill by hours worked, but instead charges a fee up front or takes equity in the property or business.[4][failed verification]

Anomaly's clients have included Anheuser-Busch InBev, Beats,[5] The Campbell Soup Company, Converse, Diageo, Dick's Sporting Goods, Diesel, Google, The Hershey Company, Kohl's, Major League Baseball, MINI Canada (a division of BMW),[6] New York Life Insurance, Panera Bread, and Sally Hansen.[7]

Additionally, Anomaly has holdings in companies such as hmbldt,[8] Avec Eric, EOS,[9] Mighty Jaxx[10] and The Unreasonable.[11]

Awards and recognition
