Not finding any significant coverage of this subject in independent reliable sources. There is a notable subject with almost the same name (spelled Abdul Majeed Dar on WP, but spelled the same as our subject's name in many sources). Despite tenacious editing by two single-purpose accounts, no significant coverage has been brought forth. Glad to withdraw this if such coverage is found.
