Perquie is a commune, a small town located in the Landes department in Nouvelle-Aquitaine (the Aquitaine region) in southwestern France.
Population
The inhabitants of Perquie are called the Perquois and the Perquoises. The 370 inhabitants of the village of Perquie live on a total surface of 26 km2 with a density of 14 inhabitants per km2 and an average altitude of 90 m. Since the last census from 1999 to 2008, the population has increased from 297 to 370 and has increased sharply by 24.58%.[1]

Geography
The neighboring towns are Villeneuve-de-Marsan, Arthez-d'Armagnac, Saint-Gein, Pujo-le-Plan, Hontanx. The nearest large town of Perquie is Mont-de-Marsan and is 17.55 kilometers south as the crow flies. The nearest train station to Perquie is in Mont-de-Marsan (17.78 kilometers). The present village of Perquie is Jean-Yves Arrestat.[2]

- Le Château de Ravignan
The castle of Ravignan, is an elegant Louis XIII style residence, nestled in the very heart of the commune of Perquie in France, surrounded by a beautiful French park. The imposing structure is enveloped by formal gardens and woodlands. The present establishment was constructed on the ruins of a medieval castle in 1663. It has been designated as a 'monument historique' by the esteemed French Ministry of Culture. The highlight of this place is the cellars, which is known to produce the finest Armagnac brandy. Inside the building is listed on the Historical Monuments, furniture, and antique objects, costumes of the eighteenth century, as well as an important collection of drawings and engravings representing Henry IV, are all attractions to discover. Producer of Armagnac for more than three centuries, it is quite naturally that the domain of Ravignan offers a guided tour of its cellars, evoking the history and manufacture of the famous eau-de-vie!
- Animal park of Nahuques
With free admission, this park lets children play around, where they can also see animals like goats, sheep, Corsican mouflons, llamas, deer, emus, swans, etc. in semi-freedom protected space.[3]

- Despiau-Wlérick Museum
The Musée Despiau Wlérick, is one of the popular tourist attractions in the area to discover during the holiday. It's located near Mont-de-Marsan. The museum has modern figurative designs, which presents 1800 art works of famous sculptures from 1880 till 1950.[4]
