How do I restore the page you deleted

There's this page S.M.A.R.T. Chase, due to the violation of WP:PAID, you deleted it. I'm wondering whether you can restore the page and what infomation I should add or change. User:Swnheams(talk)21:12,27 March 2017(UTC)

I believe it would be inappropriate to restore it due to the violations of WP:PAID and WP:COI. If you are unrelated to Bliss Media and to the accounts involved in that page and you wish to create that article, you are certainly welcome to do so. I second User:Swnheams's request. I think you should at least peruse or let others take a look at the content of the writing in the deleted page. Why don't we just edit out any writing that seems promotional? Deleting the whole page seems a bit overboard and unfair to Orlando Bloom, who now has a struggling career in the film business. Rewriting the whole page seems a bit inefficient and too much work. I think a new article in Elle UK has briefly touched upon the new name of the movie. What would you say? Thanks. After careful consideration, I'm going to insist on WP:RfU. That page was written by a marketing company and I believe it would be inappropriate to simply restore it. And unfortunately, I cannot restore only parts of it as this would screw up the (required) attribution. In any case, there's basically nothing worth salvaging there. Ok. I'll try WP:RfU. It seems to me that Bliss Media is a legitimate movie production company competing with the six major Hollywood studios, not just being a marketing company vandalizing on Wikipedia. The fact that you mentioned attribution already seems to me that the writing wasn't so bad and being one-way shameless marketing. It appears it might be worth salvaging. Brexx

Hi Yalma, this is Brexx, you blocked me way back in 2008, and ok, yes before i deserved it, because i wasn't very familiar with the rules of wikipedia…but now im different …i total changed….I pledge to not put anything that i didn't personally write and not upload images or other media that are not entirely my own work. I understand that copyrighted material should not be put in wikipedia and that there will be consequences if users don't follow the rules of wikipedia and of the law. Anyone who wishes to edit wikipedia should follow their rules and take them seriously.

I have read the relevant policy pages on Wikipedia and some Wikipedia articles on the subject of copyright, i read the Wikipedia:Copyrights and the Wikipedia:Copyright violations articles several times and understand them completely. Wikipedia is very dear to my heart and now i fully comply with the rules of copyright and the rules of wikipedia and i will only assume good faith…….if you see all my edits from all my recent accounts, you will see that all im doing is adding reliable information with reliable sources…….please, i don't want to keep going from account to account…i want stability……ill do anything….i admit i should not have created all these new accounts, but what's done is done, and im begging for forgiveness and closure………if your still spectical, you can unblock me and have someone monitor my edits, im more than ok with that because i know that im now editing in good faith and adding reliable information with relialbe sources…..please open a discussion about unblocking me here and see what other admins think: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:AN

side note about my brexx account: I forgot my Brexx password and the e-mail i registered when i created the account got deleted because i did not use it for a long time, , so i cant recover my wikipedia password, so i can't use the brexx account anymore...everytime i create a new account, i get blocked.....

Yamla, I agree with the idea of an ANI related to the HughD socks. My concern is will it achieve anything? There have been 3 SPIs (one was not added to the list but is discussed here [[2]]. The final result was all the IP editors were the same person but they lacked the technical proof they felt they needed to block HughD. HughD hasn't logged-in in almost a year so any IP records have been erased. The other problem is illustrated here [[3]]. HughD is making illegitimate edits but for editors who haven't seen the long history it's easy to see this as an IP adding content. Sure the IP is blocked but another one takes it's place and things keep moving. I'm all for an ANI if it will result in a statement that HughD is using a wide range of Amazon, Chicago based, and other IPs and his edits should be reverted. But it doesn't seem to help much if the next time he shows up with a new IP we again have to prove this is the same shifting editor. Anyway, I'm getting tired of this game (which I'm sure is HughD's intent since he is hounding my edits) and I'm more than open to suggestions that might shut it down for good. Web host blocking

Hello! Thanks for your very quick response to my unblock request. The text "not a web host" was added automatically by that template. I actually didn't intend to claim that my login was not via a webhost. I'm not altogether clear what the issue is. I hate to take up too much of your time, but what is undesirable about logging on via a web host. The block only pops up when I have my VPN switched on (which is required for viewing many sites while in China).

Is there a workaround for this so that I can have my VPN switched on and still access Wikipedia?

Edits from editor editing from 3-4 different accounts

An editor is currently editing and re-editing on the Comme des Garçons page regarding a translation issue from an account for which you have declined an Unblock request. This editor appears to be editing from different account names and some IP accounts, which no clear pattern of edits. Here is some of the preliminary ID information and let me know if you would like me start a paper trail on this editor:

"Idrahduetdy Your edit from your IP address IP194.75.76.202 was reverted on 25 April, and your Unblock request to User:Yamla was declined."

I have left notices on two of that editor's pages indicating Talk page consensus as needed. One of the other names that editor is using appears to be Issimo15.
