Microsoft SharePoint Designer
Dear Codename Lisa. I'm sorry if all my edits to Microsoft SharePoint Designer were "poor" in your estimation. It was not intended, in fact quite the opposite. Please don't accuse me of edit warring, as that is repeatedly restoring a version. I reverted just the once, and then with an attempt to address the issue you stated when reverting all my edits wholesale. I come in good faith. Regards Guffydrawers (talk) 13:11, 5 June 2017 (UTC)
Non-free use rationale for File:Americaog.ogg
Hi Codename Lisa. Back in 2012, you tweaked the non-free rationale for File:Americaog.ogg with this edit. This type of combo-rationale for multiple articles is not allowed per WP:NFCC#10c, which requires a separate specific non-free use rationale for each use. Could go back and re-tweak things again so that there is a separate specific rationale for each use of the file? Thanks in advance. -- Marchjuly (talk) 00:19, 6 June 2017 (UTC)
- Hello, Marchjuly
- The tweak to which you are referring is a simple merging of {{Information}} (info-only table) and {{Non-free use rationale}} (outdated) contents into a {{Non-free use rationale 2}}. It neither created a problem nor solved it. However, what I did in the next two edits suggests that at the time, the file was used in one article only. I am afraid I cannot possibly take responsibility for the unauthorized use of the file in additional articles on a ex postfacto basis, if even I wanted to.
- Best regards,
Codename Lisa (talk) 06:36, 6 June 2017 (UTC)- Thanks for taking a look. Which of the two uses did you intend the rationale to be used for because in your first edit you had it as a rationale for A Place with No Name, but you changed the "article" parameter to A Horse with No Name with your third edit, which does match what's written in the "Purpose" field. -- Marchjuly (talk) 07:35, 6 June 2017 (UTC)
- @Marchjuly: In all the probability, I neglected to change "A Place with No Name" into "A Horse with No Name". Even now, it seems a typo to me. Isn't it? —Best regards, Codename Lisa (talk) 07:56, 6 June 2017 (UTC)
- I don't think it was a typo. The file was uploaded in March 2010 with a non-free use rationale for the Michael Jackson song "Place with No Name" and was added to the article a few minutes later by the uploader. It was added to the America song "Horse with No Name" a few weeks later by someone other than the uploader without a non-free use rationale for that particular use. Anyway, since the original rationale was for the Michael Jackson song, adding the rationale for the America song should not be a problem. I just wanted to make sure that you did not remove the rationale for a specific NFCC reason. -- Marchjuly (talk) 11:55, 6 June 2017 (UTC)

You have converted into a reverter machine in Wikipedia. It would be better to be useful than just a reverter. You also don't have knowledge of HTML and the protection of Wikipedia and its page rank other wise you wouldn't become a revretr machine.
