Seven Volpone (born March 4,1972), is a Italian American singer, songwriter, record producer, entrepreneur and business executive from The Bronx, New York. He has released several albums as an artist and has been the writer and composer of multiple chart topping songs, award winning television scores and brand themes. Seven has provided music oversight for hundreds of network television shows, consulted for both public and privately traded companies and has garnered nearly two decades of business experience as a leader and business strategist. Seven is currently the CEO of Big Block Capital Group and Big Block Media Group.

Career

As of January of 2017, Seven Volpone accepted the role of CEO for Big Block Media Holdings, Big Block Entertainment and Big Block Capital Group, where he oversees the investments and day to day management of The Bendell family office. The Bendell Family office holds investments in Automotive, Real Estate & Media. A few of their investments include World Series of Fighting, Enterra Solutions, TV4[1], “The Scenario” with Russell Simmons, Big Block Media, The Bridge CO, AMP LIVE and Unreel.

In January 2016, Seven was engaged by Turtle Entertainment and ESL, the largest eSports company in the world,[2] as a Sr. Executive Adviser charged with developing non endemic brand strategy & music and lifestyle integrations. Seven worked closely with Executive Chairman Steven Roberts to help manage the partnership between Fuse (TV channel), Columbia Records and artists Krewella for the first ever ESL music performance at the ESL One: New York 2016 at the Barclays Center in NY.[3] This performance contributed to over 120m unique social media impressions from the event.[4] Seven’s work with ESL includes the launch of 1337 Records, the signing of the band Leet Mob and deployment of ESL owned publishing assets and themes such as “My Story” used in IEM events and ESL broadcasts.[5] Seven has become entrenched in the esports community and is looking forward to continuing the build out of the “Lifestyle of eSports”.

In 2014 Mr. Volpone became co-founder and managing partner of Push-Point Management Group where he worked with entrepreneurs, start ups, and enterprises of all sizes to rapidly build new business and enhance performance for clients.[6] He has held and currently holds Sr. Executive Advisory roles with several leading media companies including ESL, Turtle Entertainment, Richard Reid Productions, Mike Love of the The Beach Boys, Maestro[7], & TV4[8].

In 2012 Seven developed the social influencing platforms Radio Connect & TwitYap[9], which he sold to the publicly traded entity, Xhibit Corp (XBTC).[10] Seven went on to consultant and lead business development efforts for Xhibit Corp and its wholly owned entities SkyMall and SkyMall Ventures.[11]

In 2010, Seven worked with Agency for the Performing Arts, television production company Collins Avenue Productions and his former partners at We3Kings to develop and deploy music strategy, original scores, songs and theme songs for the soon to be hit reality television show, “Dance Moms”.[12][13] Seven also appears in the season finale of season one.[14]

In 2007, Seven later went on to found and front the chart-topping country group “Whiskey Falls" where the group quickly rose to recognition and garnered three chart topping country songs with “Last Train Running[15], “Falling into You (Whiskey Falls song)[16] & “Load up the Bases”.[17] This earned the band Music Row's prestigious award for country radio’s “Break Out Artist of the Year” in 2008.[18]  Seven was responsible for developing a multi year brand and integration partnership between Whiskey Falls and AAMCO Transmissions.[19][20] In 2009, Whiskey Falls created the original music for Mark Burnett's “Toughest Cowboy” on Spike (TV network).[21] The band played a reoccurring roll as a centerpiece for the TV show and Live Rodeo Tour.[22] Whiskey Falls was also featured on Jimmy Kimmel, Days of Our Lives, CBS Morning News, NASCAR and Extra (TV program).[23]

In 2003, Seven served as co-founder, president and architect behind the music, marketing and branding company, We3Kings.[24] Under the company, he oversaw the creation of over 70 major television and brand themes and thousands of pieces of music for hundreds of television shows that include: Dance Moms, Shark Tank, Extreme Makeover: Home EditionTru Calling, The Simple Life, Toddlers & Tiaras, Here Comes Honey Boo Boo and The Steve Harvey Show. He also scored music for Diary of a Wimpy Kid (film)[25] and Tinker Bell (film). The company also became known for their business development and brand integration initiatives that included AAMCO Transmissions, Fox News, NBC, Dale Earnhardt Jr., Napster, American Labor Union, Atlanta Braves, and The American Tailgaters Association.

In 1999, Seven and his band, “Seven and the Sun”, were signed by Ahmet Ertegun and CEO Craig Kallman to Atlantic Records. Seven and the Sun was an American band best known for their 2002 single "Walk with Me". Their song hit #38 on the Billboard Adult Top 40 and number 27 on the Billboard Mainstream Top 50 and number 40 on the Billboard Top 40 Tracks chart.[26] The track was also featured in the Columbia Pictures film, America's Sweethearts starring Julia Roberts, Billy Crystal, John Cusack and Catherine Zeta-Jones.[27]
