Malta

Edward Allcard has never lived in Malta (I am personally acquainted with him and his wife, and know this for a fact). At the end of his sailing adventures he settled in Andorra where he lives to this day (he has just turned 102).

The Malta claim was correctly removed (a year ago) by Comapedrosa, but the edit was reverted immediately by Pigsonthewing.

I am going to remove this uncited claim. Please discuss here before reverting, and find a reliable source. SkipperGeek (talk) 21:32, 17 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Ah, okay, I see the source of the confusion: two claims were added at the same time; that he lived in Malta and that he had just celebrated his 100th birthday in Andorra. The citation (in Catalan) is for the latter fact only and does not mention Malta. See Google Translate (translating the entire page doesn't work, so you will have to copy and paste the text). Marriages

According to his obituaries, Allcard had two marriages and a daughter from each. Why is only one mentioned here?
