The 2018 NFL Draft will be the 83rd annual meeting of National Football League (NFL) franchises to select newly eligible players. The draft will be held from April 26–28. It will be held at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
Bid process
Fourteen cities were bidding for the right to host the draft with Dallas then Philadelphia being the favorites.[1] On October 18, 2017 it was announced that the draft will be held at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, home stadium of the Dallas Cowboys.[2]
Trades
In the explanations below, (PD) indicates trades completed prior to the start of the draft (i.e. Pre-Draft), while (D) denotes trades that took place during the 2018 draft.
Round 1
- Houston → Cleveland (PD). Houston traded their first-round selection and their first-round selection in 2017 (25th) to Cleveland in exchange for Cleveland's first-round selection in 2017 (12th).[source 1]
- Kansas City → Buffalo (PD). Kansas City traded their first-round selection as well as their first- and third-round selections in 2017 (27th and 91st) to Buffalo in exchange for Buffalo's first-round selection in 2017 (10th).[source 1]
Round 2
- Houston → Cleveland (PD). Houston traded their second-round selection, their sixth-round selection in 2017 (188th), and quarterback Brock Osweiler to Cleveland in exchange for Cleveland's fourth-round selection in 2017 (142nd).[source 2]
- Los Angeles Rams → Buffalo (PD). The Los Angeles Rams traded their second-round selection and cornerback E. J. Gaines to Buffalo in exchange for Buffalo's sixth-round selection and wide receiver Sammy Watkins.[source 3]
- New Orleans → San Francisco (PD). New Orleans traded their second-round selection as well as a seventh-round selection in 2017 (229th) to San Francisco in exchange for San Francisco's third-round selection in 2017 (67th).[source 1]
- Philadelphia → Cleveland (PD). Philadelphia traded their second-round selection as well as a first-, third-, and fourth-round selections in 2016 (8th, 77th, and 100th) and their first-round selection in 2017 to Cleveland in exchange for Cleveland's first-round selection in 2016 (2nd) and a fourth-round selection in 2017.[source 4]
- San Francisco → New England (PD). San Francisco traded their second-round selection to New England in exchange for quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo.[3]
- Seattle → New York Jets (PD). Seattle traded their second-round selection and wide receiver Jermaine Kearse to the Jets in exchange for defensive end Sheldon Richardson. The two teams will also swap 2018 seventh-round selections.[source 5]
Round 3
- Buffalo → Carolina (PD). Buffalo traded their third-round selection as well as their 2018 seventh round selection (previously acquired from Los Angeles) to Carolina in exchange for wide receiver Kelvin Benjamin.[source 6]
- Chicago → San Francisco (PD). Chicago traded their third-round selection as well as their first-, third-, and fourth-round selections in 2017 (3rd, 67th, and 111th) to San Francisco in exchange for San Francisco's first-round selection in 2017 (2nd).[source 1]
- Philadelphia → Buffalo (PD). Philadelphia traded their third-round selection and wide receiver Jordan Matthews to Buffalo in exchange for cornerback Ronald Darby.[source 3]
Round 4
- Arizona → Chicago (PD). Arizona traded their fourth-round selection as well as their second-, fourth-, and sixth-round selections in 2017 (45th, 119th, 197th) to Chicago in exchange for Chicago's second-round selection in 2017 (36th).[source 1]
- Carolina → Cleveland (PD). Carolina traded their fourth-round selection and punter Kasey Redfern to Cleveland in exchange for punter Andy Lee and Cleveland's seventh-round selection in 2017.[source 7]
- Minnesota → Philadelphia (PD). Minnesota traded their fourth-round selection as well as a their first-round selection in 2017 to Philadelphia in exchange for quarterback Sam Bradford.[source 8]
- Philadelphia → Miami (PD). Philadelphia traded their fourth-round selection to Miami in exchange for running back Jay Ajayi.[4]
- Pittsburgh → San Francisco (PD). Pittsburgh traded their fourth-round selection to San Francisco in exchange for tight end Vance McDonald and San Francisco's fifth-round selection.[source 9]
- San Francisco → Denver (PD). San Francisco traded their fourth-round selection to Denver in exchange for running back Kapri Bibbs and their fifth-round selection in 2017 (177th).[source 1]

- Atlanta → Denver (PD). Atlanta traded their fifth-round selection to Denver in exchange for offensive tackle Ty Sambrailo.[source 10]
- Dallas → New York Jets (PD). Dallas traded their fifth-round selection to the Jets in exchange for the Jets' sixth-round selection in 2017 (191st).[source 1]
- Kansas City → Cleveland (PD). Kansas City traded their fifth-round selection to Cleveland in exchange for offensive tackle Cameron Erving.[source 11]
- New England → Seattle (PD). New England traded their fifth-round as well as their seventh-round selection to Seattle in exchange for defensive end Cassius Marsh.[source 12]
- New York Jets → San Francisco (PD). New York Jets traded their fifth-round selection to San Francisco in exchange for cornerback Rashard Robinson.[5]
- Oakland → Seattle (PD). Oakland traded their fifth-round selection to Seattle in exchange for running back Marshawn Lynch and Seattle's sixth-round selection.[source 13]

- Baltimore → Los Angeles Rams (PD). Baltimore traded a conditional seventh-round selection to the Rams in exchange for wide receiver Chris Givens.[source 26]
- Buffalo → Green Bay (PD). Buffalo traded a conditional seventh-round selection to Green Bay in exchange for linebacker Lerentee McCray. Conditions were never officially released. [source 27]
- Cincinnati → Jacksonville (PD). Cincinnati traded a conditional selection to Jacksonville in exchange for defensive end Chris Smith.[source 28]
- Jacksonville → Miami (PD). Jacksonville traded a conditional seventh-round selection to Miami in exchange for offensive tackle Brandon Albert. Albert subsequently retired and was later released. The pick will be returned to Jacksonville if Albert fails to be on a 53-man roster for at least three regular season games in 2017.[source 29]
