Appears to be a not notable musician. The two sources already in the article are the only things I could find. One is a blog and the other looks like it's just a photo gallery. The Living Limitless things appears to be... a thing, but it doesn't seem to have anything to do with Chandan Saxena. Possible he was a set musician or something.
