Block that you wanted more info about

Thanks for your concerns. I have been unblocked. As our instituion uses (from what I can gather) one IP address for every single computer useing the proxy server to connect to the internet, it (I am almost 93.229% sure) is an IP problem. However, if, you still feel it is a username issue, my username will be visible when I use the four tiers. Thanks, --themit 06:48, 25 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks

Thanks for reverting all that vandalism on my user_talk: page. — xaosflux Talk 12:17, 25 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

re: Autoblock

Dear Luna, I don't know why I was blocked on my first attempt to play in the sandbox, but I am no longer blocked, so please disregard my previous message. Thank you for your time and attention.

What happened to my article?

Hello,

Last Week i created a Star Trek Fan Fiction article and i'm curious as to why it was deleted. I have never posted an article here before so perhaps you can enlighten me as to what was wrong? 70.56.29.151 23:26, 25 October 2006 (UTC) Mike Mendez[reply]

Regarding the user who vandalised my user page and flamed me off-wiki

You probably will remember that yesterday, I went to IRC to report that my userpage had been vandalised by someone who had flamed me off-wiki.

He and I have mediated through e-mail, and reached a reasonable compromise, so that we'll leave each other alone.

However, he has demanded that you stop editing his talk page. I understand that you have edited his talk page to warn him, and to restore warnings that he has removed. I tried to explain Wikipedia policy to him, but he threathened to take legal action against me should you edit his talk page one more time.

Therefore, could you stop editing his talk page? If neccesary, you could let another admin handle this.

Block on IP Vandal 139.142.135.106

Thank you for blocking 139.142.135.106 from making changes to wikipedia pages. I have investigated, and linked User: mroche to the problem user. They made changes from calgary science school, and got css' IP blocked. I ask that you leave CSS blocked, and also block Mroche from making changes too. Otherwise, he will no doubt continue vandalize various wiki pages. Thanks, 68.144.239.145 01:32, 26 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the help...again

Nice page...I like the Stop, hammer time banner...if I ever suffer a (even more serious) mental breakdown and seek/gain admin status, I'm stealing it. LOL Tvccs 07:39, 26 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

One for you to look at...any input appreciated

Have a page I'm having to mess with due to what I find is a far too "rulesy" interpretation of permission - I got specific permission from Mitchel Forman and then had people claim the email I sent them/posted granting said could have been false and other stuff I find ridiculous. Got a CSD amd then a copyrightvio despite sending/posting the permission e-mail. In this case, I think it's people going totally overboard on protecting against a possible copyright vio which isn't going to be an issue, and now I have had to bug the artist in question just to super-clarify GFDL - and my contributions should readily indicate (I think anyway), I'm one of the last people to do a copyright vio. I've got a number of people I want to add images to I can't get a clear license for, as one of many examples, where I have specifically not added possible copyright vios. Again, my thanks. sorry

i'm sorry for the vandalism from my account. i was doing research when my parents wanted to talk to me i i assume that 1 of my little sisters vandalized your site because when i got back i had a message saying that i was blocked from editing information (which i don't anyway but i would like to be allowed to add helpful information). i am very sorry for my little sisters mistake. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Reitzaleah (talkcontribs) 26 October 2006.

To help you with your welcoming of new Esperanza members...

... TangoTango has kindly written up a script that once a week lists all of the new members to Esperanza. The list can be found at User:Tangotango/New members of Esperanza; it is updated once a week, and will show all of the new members since the last update. If you're not sure if everyone who joined the past week has been welcomed, that is a great place to check! I hope that helps you in your welcome, and thank you for making a point to greet new Esperanzians! -- Natalya 18:29, 26 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Why did you delete Velocity Micro entry

Hi there, I am wondering why you deleted my Velocity Micro entry. There are plenty of other companies out there with the same exact type of profile. How do you suppose I change it? And since you deleted it, how do I get it back to make changes?
