"HKSTV" Hong Kong Satellite Television (traditional Chinese: 香港衛視, simplified Chinese 香港卫视,pinyin: xiāng gǎng wèi shì) is a Satellite television network consisting of two channels, owned by Hong Kong Satellite TV International Media Group (HKS), based in Hong Kong. HKSTV Broadcasts to Hong Kong via Now TV and Cable TV Hong Kong (香港有線電視有限公司網), into every home in Taiwan via 5TV and also to Mainland China via CNTV. HKSTV is broadcast in Mandarin Chinese. The HKSTV signal can be picked up via Satellite in over 140 countries world-wide. HKSTV distinguishes itself from other channels by using a mix of foreign and Chinese television hosts.

History

HKSTV was given licenses for six separate Channels and one Internet-based television Channel by the Hong Kong government in 2008. In 2010, HKSTV began broadcasting into Hong Kong. In 2011, HKSTV became the first Hong Kong television station to be broadcast into Mainland China via CNTV. In 2013, HKSTV began broadcasting across Taiwan via 5TV, and can be reached by every household in Taiwan.

HKSTV With In Celestial Tiger,Viacom International Media Asia,Plus Media Network Asia and Da Vinci Learning include 16 Channels and Make New Channel Network as Ceiu Network.

  • HKSTV:Main Channel,HKS provides news in a fresh perspective, which covers current affairs, sports, entertainment, society and finance, with foreign anchors reporting in-depth news in Mandarin.

  • MTV Southeast Asia:MTV is an entertainment brand targeted at young people. Outside the United States, MTV is part of Viacom International Media Networks, a division of Viacom Inc. (NYSE: VIA, VIA.B), a creator of programming and content across all media platforms.
  • MTV Mandarin:MTV Mandarin is a 24-hour music channel combined mandarin and international music programs owned by MTV Networks Asia Pacific. One of the first three MTV Asia channels along with MTV Southeast Asia and MTV India. MTV Mandarin has two different feeds. The channel is now available in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
  • Nickelodeon:Nickelodeon is a 24-hour children's channel that broadcasts in Southeast Asia. It also used to broadcast in New Zealand until that country got its own channel. The programs are in English.
  • Nick Jr.:Nick Jr. is an educational cable TV channel aimed at younger children. Operated by MTV Networks Asia Pacific and owned by Viacom International. On December 24, 2010 Nick Jr. South East Asia was launched in New Zealand on SKY TV, almost 4 months before its official launch in Asia.
  • Comedy Central Asia:Comedy Central Asia is a 24-hour comedy television channel owned by Viacom, broadcasting in Southeast Asia. It was launched on November 1, 2012. The channel was first launched in Singapore, followed by other countries in Southeast Asia.
  • MTV Live HD:MTV Live HD is an international 24-hour HD music and entertainment television network that is operated by Viacom International Media Networks'.
  • Paramount Channel:Paramount Channel is a television channel operated by Viacom International Media Networks which showcases the Paramount Pictures film catalogue.The first Paramount Channel was launched in Spain in March 2012, before launching in France on September 2013. The channel now operates in a number of territories across Europe, Latin America and Asia.
