Creation of this article
Without violating WP:BEANS, I suspect that there will likely be suggestions to delete this page as per the previous discussion. The page was, in my view, appropriately deleted due to speculative content and WP:CRYSTAL. However, given that new sources have now become available (specifically, the confirmation of Norwegian participation), I believe that it is now appropriate for this article to exist. Spain

Jerusalem as a host city
According to the Mayor of Tel Aviv, this city rulling out to hosting in 2019. That's means for the moment that Jerusalem is the only city to probably host the contest.
